The assembly of funnel lower cover comprises a funnel lower cover (14), and a shower piece (15) which is fixed on the bottom of the funnel lower cover (14) and makes water uniformly submerge coffee powder in the funnel main body (17). A water inlet joint (6.4) which is connected with water passage of the coffee machine is provided on the funnel upper cover (6), and a water outlet joint (15.1) which is connected with the shower piece (15) is provided on the funnel lower cover (14). The water inlet joint (6.4) is connected with the water outlet joint (15.1) through a connecting pipe (15.2). The funnel upper cover (6) is connected with the funnel main body (17), and the funnel lower cover (14) is movably connected with the funnel upper cover (6). A funnel spring (13) with low-pressure function to the coffee powder is provided between the funnel upper cover (6) and the funnel lower cover (14). A funnel mandrel (6.2) that can open a one-way valve device disposed on the front part of the coffee main body (2) is provided on the front end of the funnel upper cover (6), and the one-way valve device is connected with an inner water outlet of the coffee main body (2).
Brewing Material Holder with a Top Water Spray
A brewing material holder includes a closed bottom water dispersing member including ports providing streams of water from just under a holder lid bottom, for uniformly dispersing water into the brewing material in the holder. When water is injected into the holder, the flow of water is captured in the water dispersion member and directed up to the ports and sprayed horizontally or vertically into the brewing material, and sinks into brewing material contained in the brewing chamber. The water dispersion member may be attached to the holder lid or be part of the holder lid. A single centered port may be provided in the bottom of the dispensing member provides an additional spray and also helps drain the dispensing member after use.
Apparatus for Brewing a Beverage
An infusion chamber has a top perimeter cover that defines an aperture to pass air to an air vent and receive fluid from fluid outlets. The infusion chamber has an outer chamber and an inner chamber positioned within the outer chamber, where the spacing between the outer chamber and the inner chamber defines a void. An air manifold is positioned at the base of the inner chamber. The air manifold includes air inlet channels, air exit channels and an interior solids filter. The infusion chamber also has a base housing positioned at the bottom of the infusion chamber, and a plunger positioned in the base housing to selectively evict liquid from the inner chamber.
DIFFUSER ASSEMBLY
A diffuser assembly for diffusing fluid in a brewed beverage system is provided. The diffuser assembly includes a diffuser housing having an inlet port configured to receive fluid from a fluid supply, a channel in fluid communication with the inlet port, and a cavity in fluid communication with the channel. The diffuser housing further includes multiple elongate openings formed in an inner surface of the diffuser housing for allowing fluid within the cavity to flow there through. The diffuser housing also includes multiple ridges projecting from the inner surface of the diffuser housing and positioned to distribute the fluid evenly across the inner surface prior to outputting the fluid via the plurality of elongate openings. The diffuser assembly can further include a cover removably coupled to the diffuser housing. Related systems and methods are also provided.

One touch cooker
An automated one touch cooker device that automatically cooks food items in a pot and the same pot can be used as a serving container. The automated one touch cooker comprises of a cooking vessel, a water reservoir and a body frame wherein the cooking vessel is used for cooking a food item, the water reservoir holds fresh water for cooking, and the body frame houses the water reservoir and the cooking vessel. The body frame further holds a water pump, a water heater, and other elements required to run the cooker device.
METHOD AND MACHINE FOR PREPARING A BREWED BEVERAGE
A method for preparing a brewed beverage has following steps: positioning a filter cartridge filled with an extraction material on a filter holder; heating water using a heating device and conveying the heated water to an inlet above the filter cartridge; moving the inlet relative to the filter cartridge in order to wet the extraction material with hot water, wherein the inlet moves relative to the filter paper cartridge in different patterns depending on the set brewing strength; the temperature of the supplied hot water is different depending on the set brewing strength, and/or the volume flow rate of hot water supplied through the inlet is different depending on the set brewing strength. A machine for preparing a brewed beverage performs the method.

A spray head assembly for use with a beverage brewer includes a spray head and an adapter. The spray head includes a back plate having a turn mechanism. The adapter includes a body having an outer portion and a threaded inner portion. The body has an opening through the threaded inner portion that is attachable to a valve of the beverage maker. The outer portion of the body includes ears attachable to the backer plate of the spray head through the turn mechanism.
Coffee machine and method for operating a coffee machine
A coffee machine includes a device for supplying hot water to an outlet device. The outlet device is adapted for being arranged above a filter vessel into which a filter paper insert with ground coffee is insertable and for receiving the hot water from the hot water supply. The outlet device has a central outlet opening over a middle region of the filter-paper insert when filled with ground coffee and a plurality of outer outlet openings arranged above a middle region of the side walls of the filled filter-paper insert. A controllable selector switch controls a rate of hot water through individual outlet openings of the outlet device. The controllable selector switch has at least three switching positions for adjusting coffee strength. In all switching positions of the controllable selector switch the hot water is at least partially supplied via the outer outlet openings over the filled filter-paper insert.
