A board game apparatus is disclosed. The board game apparatus has a support assembly, a first member rotatably supported by the support assembly, a second member rotatably supported by the support assembly and covering part of the first member, a board member rotatably supported by the support assembly and including a plurality of apertures, the board member covering the first member and the second member, and a raised member rotatably supported by the support assembly above the board member and forming a gap between the raised member and the board member. A first portion of the first member and a second portion of the second member are visible from above the board member through the plurality of apertures.

A multi-layer toy having at least one outer layer adjacent a planar layer or a ball where both the outer layer and the adjacent planar layer or ball each contain related information such that, in play, the information on the outer layer is made to align with the related information on the adjacent planar layer or ball. The information can comprise depictions of objects, things, characters, animals, or words, for a matching game, or the information can comprise numbers for a counting or mental math game. Cylindrical Board Game Components and Game Methods of Play
A challenging set of two-player (or multi-player) games of skill with increased levels of difficulty that greatly enhance the players' abilities to visualize in 3-D. The games can also be developed to be played electronically and on-line. The basic objective of the game components of the present invention is to adapt 2-D board game surfaces into 3-D cylindrical configurations. By bending a 2-D board game into 3-D and connecting it back onto itself, additional skills associated with 3-D visualization are required of the players. A variety of traditional 2-D board games are translated into 3-D cylindrical board game structures and methods. In its basic form, the game method of play involves two players alternately placing game pieces into apertures on the cylindrical game board. Although most of the games associated with the objective of the present invention are two-player games, a variety of multi-player games are also possible.
Playing Card Board Game
A novel design for a hybrid playing card and board game of cribbage and poker that can accommodate up to eight players individually or in teams. The game may be played physically with other players at a brick and mortar location, as well as virtually with remote players via an application available through an internet gaming site. The rules of cribbage and of poker are retained along with minor player options for enhanced betting. A specific circular game board tailored for betting in physical play, and having expansion capabilities is used.

Each set of the eight classification sets of point cards includes six point cards, where each of the point cards has a combination of: a classification set name; a point value indicator; a symbol associated with the classification set; an image associated with the classification set name; and a common name for the image; where the combination is different for each of the point cards in the eight classification sets. The wild card set includes three point cards each having a number zero on the first major surface.
