MULTI-DIMENSIONAL WORD SPELLING BOARD GAME
A multi-dimensional word spelling game includes game pieces formed as stackable hexagonal letter tiles with letters and point values printed thereon and configured to be placed together to forms words in at least vertical (up/down), downward, upward and stacked relation to each other on a gaming surface. Tiles can include a notch on their top surface and a bump on their bottom surface that is complimentary in size and location to the notch formed on the top surface of each tile. Bump can rest in trenches as words are being spelled by stacking tiles on a gaming surface. The gaming surface can be a gameboard formed in a honeycomb layout of hexagon-shaped interconnected spaces that enable game pieces to be positioned next to each other. Spaces can include a notch for receiving bumps formed on the bottom surface of stackable hexagonal letter tiles that are placed to rest on the gameboard.
Remote-controlled board game system and method
A board game is disclosed that includes at least two remote-controlled figures moving on a game board. Each of at least two remote-controlled figures moves to knock over an opponent's building models situated at predetermined build sites on the game board. A method of playing the game is also disclosed that includes: each player selecting a remote-controlled figure and a plurality of building models; situating each remote-controlled figure at a predetermined start site on the game board; situating the building models at the plurality of predetermined build sites on the game board; and moving each remote-controlled figure to knock down an opponent's plurality of building models.
Game Piece and Method of Manufacture
A game piece and method of manufacture includes a generally planar transparent carrier approximately 1 to 4 mm thick. A front view of a detailed character image is printed on the reverse side of the carrier, which is visible through the carrier obverse side. An opaque silhouette of a neutral color is superimposed upon the character image front view and a rear view of the character image is printed superimposed upon the opaque silhouette. The carrier is then cut from a substrate with a perimetric edge outlining the character image. A foot portion is included, projected upon from the lowermost portion of the perimetric edge. A base portion is included, cut from a similar substrate. The base portion includes a slot into which the foot portion of the carrier securably inserts. The result is a lightweight, packable, transportable, and detailed game piece operable in an associated game space.
Board game system, non-transitory computer readable medium, game piece, and game piece set
The present invention provides a board game system in which an electrostatic-capacitance-based touchscreen that is capable of detecting a plurality of touched positions by detecting changes in electrostatic capacitance is used as a board. The board game system includes an electronic device equipped with the touchscreen; and game pieces that are used while being placed on the touchscreen and that are constituted at least partially of a conductive section. The conductive section is laid out so as to be intervened by a non-conductive section or gaps on the contact face. In the case where the game piece is placed on the touchscreen, the conductive section causes the predetermined or greater amount of change in the electrostatic capacitance at the contact positions of the conductive section on the contact face in the case where the conductive section is touched by the user. The electronic device recognizes the game piece.
Game apparatus
A game apparatus is disclosed that comprises a plurality of tokens including first tokens and second tokens, a frame arranged to define multiple pathways along which the tokens can move under force of gravity, and a retainer arranged to controllably retain the tokens relative to the pathways. The retainer is movable between a first position wherein the retainer retains the tokens relative to the pathways, and a second position wherein the tokens can move under force of gravity. The game apparatus also includes a separating mechanism arranged to direct the first tokens towards a first collection zone and to direct the second tokens towards a second collection zone. The separating mechanism comprises a first separating component associated with each first token and at least one second separating component associated with the frame.
Three-dimensional expandable board game
Building blocks that facilitate configuration and assembly of playing pieces, in shapes of stair-like or clusterable edge-connected partially or fully cube-shaped pieces, are provided. According to a particular configuration of blocks, a main sub-block in the shape of half-cubes is provided, with multi edge-connectivity formation means/possibilities. The edge connectivity possibilities of the provided half-cubes are mainly implemented for the purpose of assembling and configuring clusterable stair-like playing pieces including multi-edge- and/or face-connectable cubes.
Physical-virtual game board and content delivery system
A physical-virtual gaming system comprising a game board including a multiplicity of physical locations, a game overlay including a multiplicity of logical locations, and game pieces for moving throughout the logical locations. The system tracks the physical locations of the game pieces and translates these physical locations into the logical locations using pre-known physical-to-logical location mapping information. Game boards, game overlays and game pieces can be individualized with their own unique identifiers. As game pieces are moved, a game database comprising at least current game piece locations and the game state are maintained. Based at least in part upon the current game piece locations and game state the system provides actions including outputting any of virtual content and information on any of a shared or private computing device running a game app. Actions also include causing changes to game devices including wearables.
STACKING GAME SYSTEM
A game has a plurality of game pieces that are configured to be stacked upon one another in a loosely interconnected fashion that permits the stack of game pieces to tumble once the stack becomes unbalanced or unstable.
Physical-virtual game board and content delivery system
An entity enabled interactive gaming platform for deepening the engagement of a customer with an entity comprising and entity global eco-system and an interactive gaming system where the entity alters the provision of a product or service to a customer based at least in part upon any one of or any combination of game play datum associated with the customer having played an entity game. The global eco-system comprises a game structure including game rules, a game database and game overlay descriptions sufficient for printing or otherwise creating a physical game overlay. The interactive gaming system comprises a physical game board with a replaceable physical game overlay, game app and one or more electronically trackable physical game pieces including an identifier, where the replaceable game overlay is printed or otherwise created based at least in part upon the game overlay descriptions associated with the entity game to be played.
