BEVERAGE CARBONATION SYSTEM, METHOD OF CARBONATING A BEVERAGE, AND CARBONATION POD
20230234005 · 2023-07-27 · ·

Systems and methods are disclosed for carbonating a beverage. One of the methods includes: connecting a beverage container to a beverage carbonator, the beverage container containing the beverage; receiving a carbonation signal associated with a user request to carbonate the beverage in the beverage container; detecting a temperature of the beverage; determining a customized carbonation duration, based at least in part on the detected temperature, to obtain a targeted carbonation level in the beverage; and directing carbon dioxide gas into contact with the beverage until expiry of the customized carbonation duration. In some cases, the received carbonation signal is associated with a beverage composition of the beverage (e.g. orange juice, wine, water, etc.). In these cases, determining the customized carbonation duration includes determining the customized carbonation duration based at least in part on the detected temperature and the beverage composition, to obtain the targeted carbonation level in the beverage.

Beverage dispenser head for mixing concentrate, diluent and additive

A dispenser head for in-line mixing and dispensing of beverages, which may be carbonated or nitrogenated. The dispenser head comprising a pump, a dilution mechanism, an additive mechanism, and outlet nozzle and optionally a regulation system. In use, the pump can pump concentrate liquid for the liquid product from a concentrate source to the dilution mechanism; the dilution mechanism can receive diluent liquid suitable for the liquid product from a diluent source, operable to mix the diluent liquid and the concentrate liquid and provide diluted concentrate liquid; and the additive mechanism can receive additive fluid for the liquid product from an additive source, to combine the diluted concentrate liquid and the additive fluid. The regulation system comprises a pump regulator means for regulating the quantity of concentrate liquid pumped into the dilution mechanism within the dispense period; a diluent quantity regulator means for regulating the flow of diluent liquid into the dilution mechanism; and an additive quantity regulator means for regulating the flow of additive fluid into the additive mechanism. Preferably, the dispenser head is a unitary device, which may be supplied attached to a vessel containing the concentrate.

Portable bubble water bottle and control valve thereof
11542069 · 2023-01-03 · ·

A portable bubble water bottle includes a shell, a separation tank, a bottom cover, and a gas supply device. A liquid storage space and a gas supply space are individually defined on the upper and the lower sides of the separation tank. A hole is defined on the separation tank to connect the liquid storage space and the gas supply space. The gas supply device includes a gas cylinder and a control valve in the gas supply space. The opening of the gas cylinder is toward the bottom. The gas is transferred from the gas cylinder, through the control valve and the hole of the separation tank, to the liquid storage space. The invention has the advantages of increasing the dissolved gas in liquid, great safety in use, easy operation, reducing the gas escape rate, and customization in use.

Method and Device for Producing a Carbonated Beverage
20220401897 · 2022-12-22 ·

The invention relates to a method for producing a beverage in portions, wherein a beverage concentrate portion is mixed with a water portion, said water portion being mixed with carbon dioxide prior to being mixed with the beverage concentrate. The invention additionally relates to a device for producing a beverage in portions, wherein a beverage concentrate portion is mixed with a water portion, said water portion being mixed with carbon dioxide in a static mixer prior to being mixed with the beverage concentrate.

Beverage carbonation system and beverage carbonator

A beverage carbonator includes a carbonation chamber having a carbonation source inlet, a fluid inlet, a gas outlet, and a carbonation source carrier. The carbonation source carrier is positioned to receive carbonation source deposited into the carbonation chamber through the carbonation source inlet. The carbonation source carrier and fluid inlet arranged to isolate carbonation source carried on the carbonation source carrier from liquid collected in the carbonation chamber through the fluid inlet until a predetermined volume of liquid is admitted into the carbonation chamber.

Carbonated beverage makers, methods, and systems

A carbonated beverage maker includes a water reservoir, a carbon dioxide creation chamber, and a carbonation chamber. The water reservoir holds ice water and has a first impeller and a shroud surrounding the first impeller. The carbon dioxide creation chamber contains chemical elements and receives warm water. The chemical elements react with each other to create carbon dioxide when the warm water is introduced to the carbon dioxide creation chamber. The carbonation chamber is connected to the water reservoir and the carbon dioxide creation chamber. The carbonation chamber has a second impeller that includes a stem portion and blades. The stem portion and the blades define conduits therein. The blades create a low pressure region in a lower portion of the carbonation chamber such that carbon dioxide from the carbon dioxide creation chamber flows through the conduits to the low pressure region.
