Crusher with adjustable closed side setting
A crusher is provided having improved wear resistance and crushing capacity. Particularly, the crusher provides an improved mechanism for adjusting the closed side setting by acting on an adjustable jaw, rather than the moveable jaw. The crusher includes a moveable jaw, an adjustable jaw, and a frame that supports the adjustable jaw and the moveable jaw such that the adjustable jaw and the moveable jaw define a crushing chamber having an upper opening for receiving a material to be crushed and a lower opening for expelling crushed material from the chamber after crushing. The crusher also includes a drive mechanism coupled to the moveable jaw for directing reciprocating motion of the moveable jaw and an adjustment mechanism coupled to the adjustable jaw for altering an angle of the adjustable jaw and, thereby, altering a closed side setting of the crushing chamber.

A blade plate for a crusher, where in the blade plate is normally installed on a fixed side or a movable side, includes a base material part, and a large number of blade parts arranged on a surface of the base material part. The blade parts include a rhombic blade part that forms a rhombic blade at a corner between inclined portions and a mountain-shaped blade part that is formed in a polyhedron shape in which a cross-shaped tip blade is formed at a corner between chipped portions provided at inclined portions. An inclined blade is formed at a corner between the inclined portions and is coupled to the rhombic blade part at an intersection point of diagonals of the rhombic blade part and a crusher using the blade plate.

A blade plate for a crusher, where in the blade plate is normally installed on a fixed side or a movable side, includes a base material part, and a large number of blade parts arranged on a surface of the base material part. The blade parts include a rhombic blade part that forms a rhombic blade at a corner between inclined portions and a mountain-shaped blade part that is formed in a polyhedron shape in which a cross-shaped tip blade is formed at a corner between chipped portions provided at inclined portions. An inclined blade is formed at a corner between the inclined portions and is coupled to the rhombic blade part at an intersection point of diagonals of the rhombic blade part and a crusher using the blade plate.

A jaw crusher has frame side walls, a rear end connected to the side walls, an eccentric supported by the side walls, a pitman supported by the eccentric, a toggle plate connected between the pitman and a middle section of the rear end including a cross wall. The rear end has a rear end support connected to the cross wall and located on a center plane of the cross section of the rear end. An upper and lower rear cross beams are fixed to the side walls. The upper and lower rear cross beams each have a vertical wall and horizontal ribs connected to the vertical wall. A crushing plant is also disclosed with a body and the jaw crusher mounted on the body.

A method and a system for supporting a frame of a mineral material crusher on a body of a crushing plant and a mineral material processing plant. The crusher frame is supported by first support devices in place in relation to the body of the crushing plant at first support points and by at least two second support devices at second support points. The second support device has an adjusting member between the crusher frame and the body of the crushing plant, and at least one second support device is configured to move the frame of the crusher vertically in relation to the body of the crushing plant. The adjusting member has a cylinder and a piston inside the cylinder which define an adjusting volume therebetween. A pressure is formed from a load above the adjusting member and is arranged to form into the adjusting volumes of the adjusting members.
