Modular Cable Holding System and Device
A cable holding system for positioning a cable relative to a cable processing machine comprises a cable holding device for selectively clamping onto a cable to be processed, and a receiver. The receiver includes an opening for selectively receiving the cable holding device in a predetermined orientation, and a mounting base for fixing the location of the receiver relative to the cable processing machine.

A system (40) is provided for processing a workpiece (44). The system (40) includes a support surface (48) for supporting the workpiece (44) and defining a processing path (P) along which the workpiece (44) may travel relative to the system (40). The system (40) includes at least one tool (64a, 64b, 64c) for performing a process on the workpiece (44) that is movable in a work zone (WZ) along a predetermined length (L) of the workpiece (44) in a direction along the processing path (P). The system (40) includes a movable clamp assembly (80) having opposing clamping pads (84, 88) movable into and out of the work zone (WZ) along the processing path (P) to clamp a portion of the workpiece (44) located in the work zone (WZ) prior to the at least one tool (64a, 64b, 64c) performing a process on the workpiece (44).

A work centre to process section bars, in particular made of aluminium, light alloys, PVC or the like, is provided with a plurality of gripping units movable along a base and designed to hold at least one section bar, an overhead crane movable along the base and provided with at least one operating head to cut and/or process sections bars, a signalling unit provided with a plurality of light devices distributed along the base, and an electronic control unit configured to selectively turn on the light devices and signal to the operators in charge the position of each section bar to be loaded in the relevant gripping units.
MEASURING APPARATUS AND SUPPORT MECHANISM OF COLUMNAR WORK PIECE
Measuring apparatus includes an upper support supporting a first end of a columnar work piece in an axis direction, a lower support supporting a second end of the work piece in the axis direction, a probe measuring the work piece supported by the upper support and lower support, a rotary table coupled to the lower support and capable of rotating centered in the axis direction, and a post provided to the rotary table and mounting a first position determiner and a second position determiner so as to be switchable, the first and second position determiner determining a position of the work piece with respect to the rotary table. When a first columnar work piece as the work piece is supported by the upper support and lower support, the first position determiner is mounted to the post to determine a position by contacting the first work piece.
Sealing strip holder
A sealing strip holder for manipulating and transporting a sealing strip preform in an at least partially automated production process, the sealing strip preform preferably having limp properties. To make the manufacturing process faster and less expensive the sealing strip holder comprises at least one clamping jaw which interlockingly and/or frictionally engages at least one surface portion of the sealing strip preform.

DEVICE FOR HANDLING ARTIFACTS
The present invention relates to a device for handling an artifact of substantially cylindrical shape, comprising a bed (10) and supporting means fixed to the bed (10) and connected to corresponding actuators. The supporting means being positioned along at least an arc of circumference lying in a plane orthogonal to the development axis α of the bed (10) and comprising rolling elements (3) adapted to support and handle said artifact, at least one of them being motorized. Each rolling element (3) is connected to one of a plurality of corresponding actuators operatively connected to each other and adapted to regulate a movement of the rolling elements (3) in response to forces exerted by the artifact on each rolling element (3), in such a way as to distribute said forces uniformly on each rolling element (3) to position one or more resultants of the forces in one or more points.
METHOD FOR MOUNTING ON A CLAMP WORKPIECES IN PROCESSING CENTERS
A method for mounting on a clamp parts or profiles in a processing center provided with a supporting frame for a turntable, comprising a robot for the loading/unloading of the profiles to be worked and of the subsequently worked profiles.
The method provides for the steps of inserting the profile to be worked, by means of the robot, in a region arranged below at least one first open clamp; resting the profile to be worked on at least one first lower fixed reference, resting the profile to be worked on a second and/or third front fixed reference, resting the profile to be worked on at least one fourth lateral fixed reference, laterally closing the profile to be worked and then upper closing of the profile to be worked.
Method for mounting on a clamp workpieces in processing centers
