Wheel Deburring Device
A wheel deburring device. A motor II drives an upper brush to rotate, cylinders II enable the upper brush to fall through posts III, and burrs of a front surface can be removed when the upper brush is in contact with the front surface of a wheel; a motor I enables an outer ring and a geared ring I to rotate through a belt I; a motor III enables an inner ring and a geared ring II to rotate through a belt II, directions of rotation of the inner ring and the geared ring II are opposite to that of the outer ring, and brushes are driven to rotate through a gear; and cylinders IV enable a lower brush to rise through guide posts I, and burrs of a back cavity of the wheel can be removed when the lower brush is in contact with that back cavity.

A polishing apparatus is provided with a machining head that is supported to freely move in two horizontal directions; driving devices that enables the machining head to move; a polishing jig that is supported by the machining head to freely move in a vertical direction; a polishing member that is mounted on a lower end portion of the polishing jig; an air cylinder polishing jig moving device that moves the polishing jig and is capable of pressing the polishing member against a tube support plate; and a drive motor that is capable of rotating the polishing jig, thus, simplification of the structure is made possible.

Double-station wheel deburring device
The disclosure discloses a double-station wheel deburring device consisting of two major systems. One is a wheel double-station exchange system responsible for feeding and discharging of two wheels, switching between a first working table and a second working table, switching between an upper station and a lower station, and rotation of the wheels. The other is a cutter feeding system responsible for feeding of a rim deburring blade, a riser deburring blade and brushes. The device can simultaneously remove burrs on outer rims, risers and valve holes of two wheels. Through the interactive double-station working tables, the feeding and discharging operation and the deburring operation are simultaneously carried out at separate stations. The device can be applied to deburring of wheels of different specifications. The disclosure also discloses a double-station wheel deburring method.
Double-station wheel deburring device
The disclosure discloses a double-station wheel deburring device consisting of two major systems. The end portion support structure includes an eccentric mechanism capable of supporting an opposite end of the workpiece in a state where a workpiece central axis of the workpiece is eccentric with respect to the machining central axis.

Wheel grinding device
A wheel grinding device consists of a lower lifting rotary system, spoke grinding units, a center hole grinding system and an upper lifting and clamping rotary system. The wheel grinding device not only can be used for grinding the center hole of a wheel of any size via brush units of the center hole grinding system, but also can be used for grinding the back of wheel spokes of different sizes and shapes via the actions of brush belts of the spoke grinding units.
