Method for producing a trim part of a motor vehicle
A method for producing a three-dimensionally shaped trim part of a motor vehicle, which has a visible side and a mounting side. A flowable material is injected with pressure into a chamber of an injection molding tool, which has at least two mold shells, which, when assembled, form the chamber with a negative mold of the trim part, wherein at least one first of the mold shells forms the visible side and at least one second of the mold shells forms the mounting side of the trim part. The material is hardened in the chamber. A gas pressure is generated that acts in a planar manner between the second mold shell and the material during the hardening. The hardened material is removed as a trim part from the chamber of the injection molding tool.

The method for manufacturing the decorative molded body includes: a film preparation step of molding a decorative film in a planar shape; a molding preparation step of, in a mold, disposing a transparent layer as an insert and disposing the decorative film of the planar shape; and a film forming step of, while supplying in the mold a material of a molded layer and molding the molded layer, forming the decorative film to follow an unevenness of a back surface of the transparent layer.
Decorative film for film insert molding and method for manufacturing same
The present invention provides a decorative film for film insert molding, the decorative film having: a fluorine-based resin layer containing 100 to 80 parts by mass of a fluorine-based resin and 0 to 20 parts by mass of a methacrylic acid ester-based resin; an acrylic-based resin layer containing 50 to 0 parts by mass of a fluorine-based resin and 50 to 100 parts by mass of a methacrylic acid ester-based resin; and a decorative layer containing a thermoplastic resin, laminated therein in this order, wherein the fluorine-based resin layer has a thickness of 10 μm to 200 μm, and surface unevenness is formed on a surface of the fluorine-based resin layer, the surface being on the side that is not in contact with the acrylic-based resin layer. The present invention also provides a method for manufacturing the decorative film for film insert molding.
Panel for a ball
Methods for manufacturing a panel for a ball, in particular for a soccer ball, as well as panels manufactured by these methods and balls with such panels. A method comprises the following steps: providing a carrier material having an outer side and an inner side within a mold having at least one first and at least one second mold part. Three-dimensionally molding an outer layer of the panel on the outer side of the carrier material within the mold. Three-dimensionally molding an inner layer of the panel on the inner side of the carrier material using at least the first mold part.
Gasket, method for producing same, and method for handling same
A gasket with a carrier film containing a combination of a rubber-only gasket body and a carrier film holding the gasket body. The carrier film can be easily detached from the gasket body even when the gasket body adheres to the carrier film. In embodiments, the gasket contains a combination of a rubber-only gasket body and a carrier film holding the gasket body. A tab enlarging the plane area of the gasket body is integrally provided in the gasket body. As a method for handling the gasket, when the carrier film is detached from the gasket body, the carrier film is detached from the gasket body in a state where the gasket body is fixed to a base with the tab or the carrier film is detached from the gasket body with the tab in a state where the carrier film is fixed to the base.
Production method of mold having recessed pedestal pattern, and manufacturing method of pattern sheet
Provided are a production method of a mold having a recessed pedestal pattern for preventing a liquid flow and a manufacturing method of a pattern sheet. A production method of a mold having a recessed pedestal pattern, has: a step of preparing an insert mold having a protruding needle pattern group; a step of preparing a mold having a first mold provided with a protruding pedestal shape and a second mold; a holding step of holding the protruding pedestal shape of the first mold and the protruding needle pattern group of the insert mold in an overlapping manner; a clamping step of performing clamping with the first mold and the second mold to form a cavity; and an injection step of filling the cavity with a resin.
