A method for producing at least one plastic component (1), wherein in the method the following steps, preferably in the following sequence, preferably cyclically in the following sequence, are carried out: a) providing at least one film (2) and at least one sensor film (3), wherein the at least one film (2) and/or the at least one sensor film (3) has at least one thermoplastic material or at least one thermoplastic polymer; b) applying the at least one sensor film (3) to at least one first region of a surface of the at least one film (2); c) forming the at least one film (2) having the at least one sensor film (3), wherein one or more formed film bodies (4) are made; d) punching out one or more film elements (4a) made from at least one second region of the one or more formed film bodies (4), and a device (10) and a plastic component (1).
HEATABLE PLASTICS COMPONENT AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING
A method for manufacturing a heatable plastic component for a motor vehicle, which includes: providing a planar heating film, which has a first surface and a second surface that faces away from and is opposite the first surface, including at least one heating wire and connecting elements; introducing the planar heating film into an injection mold; mounting a connector housing onto the connecting elements; and back-molding the first surface with a plastic for manufacturing a first partial element of the heatable plastic component in the injection mold. In order to provide an improved method for manufacturing a heatable plastic component, it is proposed that a back-molding of the second surface with a plastic for manufacturing a second partial element of the heatable plastic component in the injection mold takes place such that a composite is formed from the first partial element, the planar heating film and the second partial element.
METHOD OF PRODUCING IRON CORE PRODUCT AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING IRON CORE PRODUCT
A method of producing an iron core product may include: substantially simultaneously putting resin materials into each of a plurality of first accommodating portions formed in a heating portion; substantially simultaneously initiating heating, by the heating portion, of the resin materials disposed in the first accommodating portions; and supplying a molten resin from the first accommodating portions to resin forming regions provided in a core body.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE INCLUDING HOUSING AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING HOUSING
According to an embodiment of the disclosure, an electronic device may include: a housing defining at least one surface of the electronic device. The housing may include: a metal plate comprising at least one penetration hole, a first nonmetallic part combined with the metal plate and surrounding at least a part of a side surface of the metal plate, and a second nonmetallic part at least partially disposed in the at least one penetration hole and providing a part of the one surface.
METHOD OF FILLING A MICROCAVITY WITH A POLYMER MATERIAL, A FILLER IN A MICROCAVITY, AND AN APPARATUS FOR FILLING A MICROCAVITY ON OR IN A SUBSTRATE WITH A POLYMER MATERIAL
A method of filling a microcavity with layers of a polymer material includes the following steps: (A) estimating a current vertical position of a bottom of the microcavity (current bottom position); (B) lowering the capillary tube into the microcavity towards the current bottom position; (C) dispensing a polymer composition from a tube outlet of the capillary tube under a dispensing applied pressure until the polymer composition substantially fills the microcavity; (D) curing a work piece including the microcavity and the polymer composition in the microcavity to obtain a current layer of the polymer material; and (E) repeatedly executing steps (A), (B), (C), and (D), until the layers of the polymer material have substantially filled the microcavity.
Molding apparatus configured to injection mold an opening device on a sheet of packaging material
A molding apparatus that injection molds an opening device on a packaging material sheet includes first and second molding units to injection mold a wall portion of the opening device on the sheet; the first molding unit comprising first and second molding elements configured to cooperate in contact to delimit at least part of a mold cavity fillable with molten material for forming a pull-member of the opening device; the mold cavity being delimited at least by first and second surfaces defined by the first and second molding elements respectively; a third molding unit cooperable with the first and second molding elements to delimit the mold cavity, and defining a third surface, facing the first and second surfaces and delimiting, together with these latter, the mold cavity; the third surface is shaped to be equidistant from the first and second surfaces when the first and second molding elements cooperate.
Device and method for manufacturing magnet embedded core
In manufacturing a magnet embedded core, creation of flash, and problems associated with flash are prevented. A device for manufacturing the magnet embedded core comprises a base (32) comprising an upper surface at which a resin pot chamber (64) for storing molten resin opens, a separator plate (36) detachably placed on the upper surface of the base (32) to support a rotor core (2) thereon and having a gate (50) and a cull opening (52) communicating the magnet insertion hole (4) of the rotor core (2) with the resin pot chamber (64), and a plunger (62) movably provided in the resin pot chamber (64) to press the molten resin in the resin pot chamber (64) into the magnet insertion hole (4) via the gate (50) and the cull opening (52), wherein an annular recess (66) is formed on the upper surface of the base (32) so as to extend outward of the resin pot chamber (64) and communicate with the resin pot chamber (64).
Method of producing multiple insert molded parts
A method of injection molding uses different mold inserts, such as lead frames, to selectively control material flow in order to produce different parts in a common mold. One mold insert can have a different geometry than another mold insert so that molten material is either blocked or allowed to flow through corresponding portions of the mold inserts. By changing out the insert used for injection molding, insert-molded plastic parts produced in the mold can differ by at least one part feature.
