TONNEAU SYSTEM FOR USE WITH A PICKUP TRUCK
A tonneau system for use with a pickup truck. The tonneau system includes a frame and a tonneau cover having a plurality of tonneau sections moveable between a folded position and an unfolded position. The tonneau cover includes solar energy-receiving material secured to a top exposed surface of at least two of the tonneau sections. The solar energy-receiving material moves with their corresponding tonneau sections between the unfolded and folded positions. A battery, transformer, and/or electrical cabling system may be included within the circuit for power storage and conversion.
CONFIGURABLE STORAGE COMPARTMENTS
A configurable storage assembly for a storage compartment of a vehicle, the storage assembly including a plurality of struts extendable between a retracted position and an extended position, one or more attachment features coupled to the first end of each wall portion, and one or more receiving features coupled to the vehicle, the receiving features are configured to be selectively coupled to the attachment features. Each strut includes a wall portion having a first end and an opposite second end, the second end of the wall portion extending from a surface of the vehicle. In the retracted position, the attachment feature of each strut is spaced apart from the receiving features. In the extended position, the attachment feature of each strut is coupled to one of the receiving features.

LOCKING SEAL DEVICE
A locking device for a covering member to provide sealing in storage, cargo, and other personal applications is disclosed. The locking device comprises a pipe member having predetermined length is configured to have a transverse opening. The covering member is slidably attached to a bead insert positioned inside the pipe member via the transverse opening, wherein the covering member is configured to securely wrap the contents of a storage space. The locking device is configured to enable a climate controlled environment for the wrapped contents of the storage space. A locking assembly and method of using the same is also disclosed.

A layout system for a cargo area of a vehicle includes a divider and cargo side-trims. The divider includes a first rod, a second rod, and a screen. The cargo side-trims are installed in the vehicle to form sidewalls of the cargo area. The cargo side-trims include rails that include guide rail portions and rail-side securing portions. The guide rail portions are for guiding end portions of the first and the second rods along a front-rear direction of the vehicle. The guide rail portions include horizontal portion and extending portions that extend from the respective horizontal portions toward a lower rear of the vehicle. The rail-side securing portions are connected to the guide rail portions, respectively. The rail-side securing portions are for holding the end portions of the first and the second rods to secure the first and the second rods to the cargo side-trims.
LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT STRUCTURE OF VEHICLE
A luggage compartment structure of a vehicle includes a base, a support, and a deck board. The base is fixed to a vehicle body. The support is attached to the base so as to be slidable in a front-rear direction of the vehicle body. The deck board is slidable in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body with respect to the support. The deck board includes a board body attached to the support so as to be slidable in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body, and a folded portion connected to a rear end portion of the board body so as to be pivotable about an axis along a vehicle width direction of the vehicle body. The folded portion is folded down with respect to the board body in a state where the deck board is pulled out from a luggage compartment.

A retractable cover system includes laterally spaced apart guide rails that each provide a track on either side of an opening. The retractable cover system further includes a cover that has multiple slats that are configured to interlock with one another in a deployed configuration. The slats are slidable in the tracks between first and second positions within the opening. The slats are stacked onto one another in a stowed configuration. The slats include laterally extending profiles that are complementary to one another and are configured to interlock with one another in a deployed configuration. The complementary profiles are configured to decouple from one another in the stowed configuration.

The tonneau system includes a frame and a tonneau cover having a plurality of tonneau sections moveable between an extended position covering a cargo box of the pickup truck and a folded position forming a stack of the tonneau sections. The stack being coupled to the frame and pivotally moveable between a first position depending into the cargo box and a second position extending upward generally from the cargo box.

A configurable storage assembly for a storage compartment of a vehicle, the storage assembly including a plurality of panels extendable between a retracted position and an extended position, one or more attachment features coupled to the first end of each wall portion, and one or more receiving features coupled to the vehicle, the receiving features are configured to be selectively coupled to the attachment features. Each panel includes a wall portion having a first end and an opposite second end, the second end of the wall portion extending from a surface of the vehicle. In the retracted position, the attachment feature of each panel is spaced apart from the receiving features. In the extended position, the attachment feature of each panel is coupled to one of the receiving features.
