Method of Shaping and Compressing Toilet Paper Rolls
A method of shaping and compressing toilet paper rolls using compressor rollers is disclosed. The method is comprised of a workflow that includes fluted rollers, sleeve wrapping and specific packaging procedures. An object of the method is to provide a means to reduce the size of conventional toilet paper rolls in bulk to make shipping more efficient. For example, a box that currently holds twelve rolls now can hold twice as many rolls when utilizing the disclosed method.
Adjustable packaging machine
An unwind station for a packaging machine may be configured to form wrappers having different sizes from a web of packaging material and supply the wrapper to a wrapping station. The unwind station may include a base configured to support the web of packaging material and a carriage configured to selectively slide in a longitudinal direction on the base. A rotating blade can be configured to periodically score the web to form a break line extending between lateral sides of the web. A first conveyor arm and a second conveyor arm may project longitudinally outward from the carriage. The first conveyor arm and the second conveyor arm can each include a low-speed conveyor configured to transport the web to a high-speed conveyor. The high-speed conveyor is configured to separate the wrapper from the web as the break line passes a shear point between the low-speed conveyors and the high-speed conveyors.
Packed body production method
There is provided a method of producing a packed body that does not fall off and collapse during transportation and does not cause damage to cartons and paper material locally and around which a packing film can be wound easily. A packed body production method includes a first step in which a layered body is formed by stacking cartons containing toilet paper rolls and in which an insertion section into which a fork unit of a forklift is inserted is formed at a predetermined position in the layered body, a second step in which a first packing film is wound spirally around at least side surfaces of the layered body, and a third step in which a second packing film is wound around the layered body so as to close an opening of the insertion section.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING A PACKAGING
The disclosure relates to a method for producing a circumferential packaging for a paper roll. The paper roll has a wound paper web and two opposing end faces and a circumferential surface that connected the end faces to each other. The method includes the following steps: applying a protective material in liquid form to an end section of the paper web by at least one application unit, the protective material being applied to one of two sides of the end section of the paper web, winding up the end section of the paper web, so that the end section forms at least one outer layer of the paper roll, and curing the protective material, resulting in a protective layer that covers the circumferential surface.

ROBOTIC STRAPPING MACHINE AND METHOD
A strapping system and method for automatically applying strapping to at least one associated object, such as a roll of coiled material having a void. The system includes a first end effector and second end effector, each end effector mountable to a robotic arm and including at least a portion of a chute, the end effectors movable relative to each other when mounted to a robotic arm such that the chute portions of each end effector can be selectively brought together in a plurality of orientations to define a generally continuous chute loop through which a strapping material can be advanced to surround the at least one associated object located at least partially within the chute loop.
Robotic strapping machine and method
A strapping system and method for automatically applying strapping to at least one associated object, such as a roll of coiled material having a void. The system includes a first end effector (E1) and second end effector (E2), each end effector (E1,E2) mountable to a robotic arm (A1,A2) and including at least a portion of a chute, the end effectors (E1,E2) movable relative to each other when mounted to a robotic arm (A1,A2) such that the chute portions of each end effector can be selectively brought together in a plurality of orientations to define a generally continuous chute loop (CH) through which a strapping material can be advanced to surround the at least one associated object located at least partially within the chute loop.

Welding wire coil package
A welding wire coil package system for a coil of wire including a sheath that is laid over the coil where the sheath includes at least one layer of material that adheres to the wire to hold the wire within the coil in the position that the coil is formed and prevent unintended movement of the wire, the sheath defining an opening through which wire is paid out from an interior surface of the coil.
