PAPER PALLET
A paper pallet made of paper includes two supporting stringers and a plurality of deck rods. The supporting stringers extend horizontally in a first direction, and are spaced apart from each other in a second direction transverse to the first direction. The deck rods extend horizontally in the second direction, are arranged in the first direction, and are disposed on and connected to top surfaces of the supporting stringers. Each deck rod includes an elongated plate portion elongated in the second direction and having two elongated outer edges opposite to each other in the first direction and two elongated tubular portions. The elongated tubular portions of each deck rod are disposed juxtaposed with each other in the first direction. Each elongated tubular portion of each deck rod extends from a respective one of the elongated outer edges and is bent into a rectangular tubular structure.
Pallet Substitute with Pallet Blocks
A pallet substitute has pallet blocks, which may be made of plastic regrind or other material which can be utilized in conjunction with a tray, whether cardboard or otherwise, to provide a pallet. The pallet substitute may have pallet blocks that connect separately and directly to the tray, or pairs (or triples, etc.) of pallet blocks may connect together, possibly with stringers and connect to the tray.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR THE TRANSPORT AND HOLDING OF BUILDING MATERIALS
The present disclosure is directed to the transport of one or more loads of items including building materials and/or other items to one or more target surfaces including one or more elevated surfaces. The present disclosure is also directed to the holding of one or more loads of items including building materials and/or other items during transport to one or more target surfaces including one or more elevated surfaces. The present disclosure is also directed to the holding of one or more loads of items including building materials and/or other items on one or more target surfaces including one or more elevated surfaces.
Thermally insulated shipping system for pallet-sized payload, methods of making and using the same, and kit for use therein
Thermally insulated shipping system for use in transporting a pallet-sized payload. In one embodiment, the system includes a plurality of thermally insulating walls arranged to define an interior volume suitable for receiving a pallet-sized payload. The thermally insulating walls include a top wall, a bottom wall, a front wall, a rear wall, a left wall, and a right wall, of which all but the bottom wall include at least two slots facing towards the interior volume. One of the slots is an inner slot that is more proximal to the interior volume, and one of the slots is an outer slot that is more distal to the interior volume. The system also includes a plurality of inner cassettes disposed in at least some of the inner slots and a plurality of outer cassettes disposed in at least some of the outer slots. The inner and outer cassettes include phase-change materials.
OBJECT CARRYING ASSEMBLY AND TRANSFER ROBOT
An object carrying assembly and a transfer robot. The object carrying assembly (100) comprises: an object carrying component, which comprises two opposite boundary portions; and clamping and bearing members (120), wherein the clamping and bearing members (120) are arranged at the two boundary portions and are rotationally connected to the object carrying component, and the clamping and bearing members (120) are provided with bearing members (121) and clamping claws (122) on two sides of a rotating shaft (130), respectively. When the object carrying component is empty, the bearing members (121) are at least partially higher than a bearing surface of the object carrying component, and when the object carrying component is loaded, the bearing members (121) are not higher than the bearing surface, and the clamping claws (122) are higher than the bearing surface. The object carrying assembly and the transfer robot can prevent cargo from falling off of same due to factors such as uneven ground or an excessively high carrying speed, such that the carrying efficiency can be improved.
Packaging fastener and packaging box coupled by using the same
A packaging fastener includes a base member and a key member. The base member includes a first cylindrical part inserted through overlapped through holes of packaging materials. The key member includes a second cylindrical part inserted into the first cylindrical part of the base member. By inserting the first cylindrical part of the base member through the through holes and then inserting the second cylindrical part into the first cylindrical part, the packaging materials are coupled together. The key member has an engaging part. The base member has an engaged part. The engagement part has an elastically deformable supporting part and a lock claw. In a state where the lock claw is engaged with the engaged part, by elastically deforming the supporting part, the lock claw is displaced to a direction separate away from the engaged part to release an engagement of the lock claw with the engaged part.
SHOCK ABSORBING MEMBER, PACKAGING MATERIAL, AND PACKAGE
A shock absorbing member which absorbs a shock acting between a top plate with an upper surface on which a fixation target is loaded and the fixation target includes a fixation part that fixes the fixation target and a shock absorbing part that is supported by the top plate, supports the fixation part, and absorbs a shock acting on the fixation part.
Equipment platform
Improved equipment bases and methods for making and using same are disclosed herein. The equipment base can include a first coated substrate including a first part having a first thickness sized to provide the load-bearing support for the equipment, a first elastomer coating the first part, a second coated substrate positioned adjacent to the first coated substrate, the second coated substrate including a second part having a second thickness sized to provide the load-bearing support for the equipment, and a second elastomer coating the second part. A first seam can be formed between the first and second coated substrates to allow for moisture to pass between the first and second coated substrates so that moisture is allowed to seep away from the bottom of the equipment.
Paperboard shipping riser
A shipping riser is provided and includes an engineered structure. The engineered structure includes a central laminated structure, a pair of middle laminated structures positioned on and secured to opposite sides of the central laminated structure, and a pair of outer laminated structures positioned on and secured to opposite sides of the pair of middle laminated structures.
Bin riser
Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide a bin riser positionable between different types of shipping bins to enable these shipping bins to stably stack atop one another in a way that inhibits an adjacent stack of shipping bins from toppling over during transit.
