The atomizing base is transported to the conveying mechanism by the feeding mechanism, and the conveying mechanism transports the atomizing base to the sheet inserting mechanism, so that the sheet inserting mechanism accurately inserts the electrode sheet into the atomizing base. The electrode sheet on the atomizing base is bent by the bending mechanism to form a contact surface, and the contact surface is closely attached to the atomizing base by the shaping mechanism. The waste material on the electrode sheet is removed by a waste removal mechanism.
