MOLDING SYSTEM
A molding system includes a frame device, a scooping device, a demolding device, a cutting device, an inspection device, a packaging device, and a conveying device. The frame device defines a scooping zone, a hot pressing zone, a cutting zone, an inspection zone, and a packaging zone. The scooping device includes a pulp tank that is adapted to contain a slurry, and a scooping mold that is adapted to scoop the slurry such that the slurry forms a blank unit thereon. The cutting device is adapted to cut the blank unit into a plurality of blank bodies. The conveying device is adapted to convey the blank bodies from the cutting zone to the packaging zone through the inspection zone.
Sorting device for tablets
A sorting device for tablets for separating out multiple tablets has a plurality of stations including a feed station, a sorting station and an ejection station, and a tablet transporter which moves to the individual stations in a direction of rotation. The tablet transporter includes a row of tablet receivers for single tablets and a doublet receiver for multiple tablets which have been separated out. The doublet receiver is laterally next to the tablet receivers. An individual tablet receiver is laterally separated from the doublet receiver via a side wall. In the sorting station is a sorting tine which can be moved to and fro over a travel range in a lateral direction extending transversely to the direction of rotation such that the sorting tine passes over the region of a tablet receiver, the adjacent doublet receiver and the side wall located between them.
Sorting device
Provided is a sorting device, comprising a guide rail and a material vehicle moving on the guide rail. A plurality of sorting ports are disposed on both sides of the guide rail, and at least one electromagnet is disposed at a position of the guide rail corresponding to a sorting port; the material vehicle includes a vehicle frame, a tray, at least one magnet and at least two elastically telescopic pieces; the vehicle frame is used to bear the tray, and the tray is rotatably connected to the vehicle frame; the magnet is disposed on a surface of the tray opposite to the material loading surface, and the magnet is connected to the electromagnet in an attraction way, and the elastically telescopic pieces and the tray, for maintaining the transportation state or resetting the tray after the unloading state.
BOLT SUPPLY DEVICE
A bolt supply device includes a slide plate inclined to a vertical direction; and a groove portion formed in the slide plate and having a width that allows passing of a screw portion of a bolt and prevents passing of a flange portion of the bolt. The groove portion includes a first groove configured such that an angle formed between a line extending in an up-down direction along the slide plate and the first groove is a first angle; and a second groove connected to a lower end of the first groove and configured such that an angle formed between the line extending in the up-down direction along the slide plate and the second groove is a second angle smaller than the first angle. The bolt take-out portion is set in the groove portion at a lower end or below the lower end of the second groove.
FEEDING ROD FOR SHAFT-SHAPED COMPONENT AND FEEDING METHOD
A feeding rod is configured to insert a shaft-shaped component having a circular flange and a shaft portion into a receiving hole. A central axis of the shaft portion is disposed in an inclined state with respect to a central axis of the receiving hole due to the inclined disposition of the feeding rod. A surface of the flange is in close contact with a tip surface of the feeding rod due to an attraction force of a magnet of the feeding rod. A positioning protrusion receives an outer peripheral portion of the flange and sets a relative position between the feeding rod and the shaft-shaped component. A most advanced stop position of the feeding rod is a position where a tip portion of the shaft portion has entered the receiving hole, and the attraction force of the magnet is configured to be eliminated at the stop position.
Marker band locator system
A marker band locator system locates a marker band, from a plurality of marker bands in a hopper, into a band receiver for further processing. A hopper is configured to loosely hold a plurality of marker bands and a band receiver, configured in an indexer, is configured under the hopper such that marker bands gravity feed down to the band receiver. A vacuum source produces a vacuum on the band receiver and if a marker band is properly located therein, the marker band forms a seal with the band receiver and the vacuum pressure exceeds a threshold vacuum pressure level. The indexer then actuates to a secondary position for further processing and removal of the marker band. If the vacuum pressure does not exceed the threshold, a burst of air jostles the marker bands in the hopper until a marker band is seated properly.
Device and method for transporting meat products
A slaughtered animal meat handling device and a method for transporting meat products from a receiving area to a discharge area device are provided. The device includes at least one supply conveyor, a suction transporter and at least one return conveyor. Meat products that are not engaged by the suction transporter are transported away from the transfer area towards the receiving area by the return conveyor. The meat products are reintroduced onto the supply conveyor away for the transfer area, for again being transported towards the transfer area. The supply conveyor and the return conveyor provide a circulation of meat products. By reintroducing the meat products onto the supply conveyor away from the transfer area, the chance of getting the meat products correctly positioned on the supply conveyor with respect to a suction opening of the suction transporter is increased.
SORTING DEVICE FOR TABLETS
A sorting device for tablets for separating out multiple tablets has a plurality of stations including a feed station, a sorting station and an ejection station, and a tablet transporter which moves to the individual stations in a direction of rotation. The tablet transporter includes a row of tablet receivers for single tablets and a doublet receiver for multiple tablets which have been separated out. The doublet receiver is laterally next to the tablet receivers. An individual tablet receiver is laterally separated from the doublet receiver via a side wall. In the sorting station is a sorting tine which can be moved to and fro over a travel range in a lateral direction extending transversely to the direction of rotation such that the sorting tine passes over the region of a tablet receiver, the adjacent doublet receiver and the side wall located between them.
SORTING DEVICE
Provided is a sorting device, comprising a guide rail (1) and a material vehicle (2) moving on the guide rail (1). A plurality of sorting ports are disposed on both sides of the guide rail (1), and at least one electromagnet (11) is disposed at a position of the guide rail (1) corresponding to a sorting port; the material vehicle (2) includes a vehicle frame (21), a tray (22), at least one magnet (23) and at least two elastically telescopic pieces (24); the magnet (23) is disposed on a surface of the tray (22) opposite to the material loading surface, and the magnet (23) is connected to the electromagnet (11) in an attraction way; and the elastically telescopic pieces (24) are connected to the vehicle frame (21) and the tray (22), for maintaining the transportation state or resetting the tray (22) after the unloading state.
Tie plate dispenser and method therefore
Present embodiments relate to a tie plate dispenser which selectively changes the orientation of the tie plates being ejected, if needed. An actuator is used to flip the tie plate as it falls from an ejection location of the dispenser.
