OPERATION LOCKING DEVICE FOR CLIMB-FREE SYSTEM
20230045714 · 2023-02-09 ·

An operation locking device for a climb-free system includes a locking assembly, a fixing block and a triggering assembly. The fixing block is mounted on a climb-free system trolley. The locking assembly is connected to the fixing block by the triggering assembly. The triggering assembly is configured to control the locking assembly to be switchable between a locked state and an unlocked state. When the climb-free system trolley is out-of-control, the triggering assembly triggers the locking assembly to switch to the locked state and to be clamped in a sliding rail, such that the climb-free system trolley stops operating. When the climb-free system trolley needs to adjust a working position by sliding up and down, the triggering assembly triggers the locking assembly to switch to the unlocked state and to be disengaged from the sliding rail.

Elevator assembly with counterweight blocking stop

An elevator assembly (1) comprises an elevator car (2), a counterweight (4), and a safety device (8) located on a roof (9) of the elevator car (2). A locking handle (10) is positioned within the elevator shaft (6), and connected to a first end (12a) of a tension member (12). A blocking stop (14) is connected to a second end (12b) of the tension member (12). The blocking stop (14) is moveable between an inactive state, in which the tension member (12) holds the blocking stop (14) in a position in which it does not limit downwards movement of the counterweight (4), and an active state, in which tension in the tension member (12) is reduced to allow the blocking stop (14) to move to a position in which it limits downwards movement of the counterweight (4).

ELEVATOR

The elevator comprises guide rails extending along a height of a shaft, a car and/or a counterweight moving upwards and downwards in the shaft and being glidingly supported on the guide rails. A stop block is attached to at least one guide rail in order to prevent movement of the car and/or the counterweight beyond the level of the stop block. The stop block comprises a buffer attached to a bottom plate. The buffer comprises a slot receiving a guide portion of the guide rail. The bottom plate supports the buffer on the guide rail.

Space saving arrangement of a machine-room-less elevator device

Provided is an elevator device, in which a hoisting machine includes a main shaft, a brake drum rotatable about an axis of the main shaft, and a brake unit arranged at a position on a radially outer side of the brake drum. The brake unit includes a movable member and presses the movable member in an obliquely upward direction against an outer peripheral surface of the brake drum to apply a braking force to the brake drum. The car guide rail is retained by an upper rail bracket at a position higher than a position of the machine base. The brake unit is arranged at a position higher than the machine base and lower than the upper rail bracket.
