CRANE COMPRISING COUNTERJIB, AND METHOD FOR ERECTING THE COUNTERJIB
This invention relates to a crane in particular a mobile crane or crawler crane, comprising a main boom and a counter-boom as well asan erecting trestle arranged on the uppercarriage of the crane, which is connected to a guying of the counter-boom via a cable adjuster, wherein there is provided at least one pressure prop articulated to the counter-boom or on the pivot axis of the counter-boom in order to temporarily receive the cable adjuster and/or the guying, wherein the receiving positionpoint of the pressure prop is designed such that the cable adjuster or guying can lift off from the pressure prop on its own at a particular erecting angle of the counter-boom.
Mobile crane having height adjustable superstructure ballast
The disclosure relates to a mobile crane, such as a crawler crane, comprising an undercarriage having a chassis, a superstructure rotatably supported on the undercarriage, and superstructure ballast, with the superstructure ballast comprising a ballast mounting apparatus vertically adjustable by means of a lifting device of the superstructure. In accordance with the disclosure, the ballast mounting apparatus is fastenable to the superstructure in an assembly position by means of a single connection element bearing the vertical load of the superstructure ballast. A centering means is furthermore provided that is adapted to take up transverse forces occurring in the assembly position.
WORK MACHINE SWIVELING FRAME AND ASSEMBLY METHOD FOR WORK MACHINE SWIVELING FRAME
A slewing frame of a work machine and a method of assembling a slewing frame of a work machine where the slewing frame is separable into at least two front and rear members, and an operation of connecting these two members can be easily performed. A slewing frame is separable into a front frame and a rear frame. When a pin fitting portion of a rear frame is fitted on a positioning pin of a front frame, and the rear frame is rotated downward, at a position where a front pin hole and a rear pin hole are aligned with each other, a contact portion of the rear connecting portion is brought into contact with a rotation preventing portion. As a result, a connecting pin can be easily inserted into the front pin hole and the rear pin hole.
WHEELED CRANE AND SELF-DEMOUNTING AND SELF-MOUNTING METHODS FOR SUPPORTING LEGS THEREOF
A wheeled crane and self-demounting and self-mounting methods for supporting legs thereof is disclosed. The wheeled crane includes a vehicle frame and auxiliary supports, and the auxiliary supports can enable the vehicle frame to keep balance. Since the wheeled crane has auxiliary supports, when the supporting legs are demounted or mounted, the auxiliary supports function as supporting legs, so that the supporting legs can be mounted and demounted by the operation part of the wheeled crane with no need of using an auxiliary crane, and thus the self-mounting and self-demounting of the supporting legs of the wheeled crane are realized.
Fifth wheel hitch hoist
Mounted support arms affixed to a fifth wheel pinbox and formed to receive booms provide a sturdy framework for a winch mounting plate. The winch actuates a hitch-hoisting cable which may be attached to a truck hitch to lift it from the bed of a truck and then lower it to a storage location. The hitch hoist may have two mounting arms, two booms, and a winch on a plate with width variability built into the bolting slot patterns. The booms extend from the mounting arms near the winch plate to form an obtuse angle between the booms and the arms. From the horizon, the angle may be viewed to be that of approximately forty-five degrees (45°). An axle is affixed near the end of the booms and holds a cable wheel which guides a cable and hook to raise and lower the hitch with the winch.
CRANE AND CABLE DRUM UNIT FOR SAME
A crane (2), more particularly a mobile fast-erecting crane, having at least one supply connection to which a supply line (16), more particularly a power cable, can be connected, wherein the supply line can be wound on a cable drum (15), which can be mounted on a drum mount (10) on the crane, with the cable drum being mounted to rotate on a drum support frame (18), which has running gear (18) for moving the cable drum over the ground and which has releasable mounting means, shaped to match the drum mount of the crane, for separably mounting the drum support frame on the drum mount of the crane. The invention further relates to a cable drum unit for winding a supply line (16) of a crane (2).
Vehicle crane system for transporting an attachment part, in particular a main jib of a vehicle crane
A vehicle crane system includes a vehicle crane having a detachable attachment part, in particular a main jib, and an attachment part transporting unit which is designed to receive the attachment part when the latter is detached from the vehicle crane and comprises a mobile transporting device for transporting the attachment part. To remove and mount the attachment part of the vehicle crane and to transport it, the transporting device is equipped with at least one loading arm, the free supporting end of which is provided for at least indirect temporary coupling to an attachment part which is to be received or is already received. The loading arm is mounted pivotably on the transporting device such that an attachment part to be loaded or unloaded can be moved down onto the transporting device or from the transporting device.
CRAWLER SUSPENDING DEVICE
It is intended to easily perform a work concerning lifting of the crawler. A crawler frame has a crawler frame outer surface that is opposite to a surface via which the crawler frame is attached to a traveling body main part in the left-right direction. A bracket includes an attaching part, a circuitous part, and a crawler lifting section. The attaching part is attached to the crawler frame outer surface. The circuitous part is partially arranged below and above a crawler belt on an outer side thereof in the left-right direction, and extends around the crawler belt. The crawler lifting section is connected to the circuitous part and arranged above the crawler belt for receiving the crawler lifting tool.
MOBILE CRANE COMPRISING A SUPERSTRUCTURE HAVING AT LEAST ONE BEARING POINT FOR PINNING ON A BOOM
The disclosure relates to a mobile crane comprising a superstructure having at least one bearing point for pinning on a boom, wherein the bearing point comprises two spaced apart side parts that each have a bore for receiving the pin; and wherein the boom comprises at least one connection part that is provided with a bore and that can be introduced between the side parts such that a common connection pin can be pushed through the bores of the side parts and the connection part, wherein the clear width between the side parts is larger than the width of the connection part of the boom, and wherein a step pin is provided as a connection pin and its formed shoulder forms an abutment for the connection part of the pinned boom in the pinned position.
