PACKER

Quick couplers release one attachment and quickly attach another attachment to the end of the arm. Different attachments are available with differing widths. The attachments comprise of a front and a back pin that are able to engage with the quick coupler. The front pin and/or the back pin are preferably presented mounted to side plates that are secured to the bucket of the attachment. The spacing between the side plates may vary from attachment to attachment. The present invention is a packer that is able to engage with a quick coupler so as to prevent slop when attachments narrower than the quick coupler are used.

A quick-hitch for coupling a tool to an excavator arm or a similar tool manipulator includes two hitch halves that can be latched together, coupled to one another at a first pair of latching parts, and pivoted together, about the coupled first pair of latching parts, into a coupling position in which a second pair of latching parts of the hitch halves can be latched. Energy coupling parts are provided on and a coupling carrier is attached to each of the two hitch halves.

Convertible carriage

A convertible carriage is provided. The convertible carriage includes a carriage frame, a support arrangement, a shaft, and a retaining arrangement. The support arrangement includes an elongate slot and is positioned on the carriage frame. The shaft may carry a tine and is moveable along the elongate slot at least in a vertical dimension. The retaining arrangement may selectively engage with the elongate slot. When the retaining arrangement is engaged with the elongate slot, a movement of the shaft is limited by the retaining arrangement with a boundary defined at least by the retaining arrangement. When the retaining arrangement is removed from the elongate slot, the shaft is allowed to float in the elongate slot.
