WORK MACHINE CONTROL SYSTEM, WORK MACHINE, AND WORK MACHINE CONTROL METHOD
A work machine control system that controls a work machine including a working device having a working tool that rotates about a shaft line includes: a target construction shape generation unit that generates a target construction shape indicating a target shape of a construction target of the work machine; a target shape calculation unit that calculates a control target shape which is a target shape when controlling rotation of the working tool from the target construction shape and calculates an extended target shape obtained by extending the control target shape; and a working device control unit that controls the rotation of the working tool about the shaft line based on a distance between the working tool and the control target shape and the extended target shape.
DEVICE TO COUPLE MEMBERS OF A HEAVY-DUTY MACHINE
A coupler system to facilitate carrying or operating a working tool is provided. For example, a boom frame is rotated about a master pin location to mate with a stick frame at a picker end and coupled to the stick frame with a latching or locking mechanism. The boom frame is further rotated about the master pin location to mate with the stick frame at a grabber end opposite the picker end coupled to the stick frame with an additional latching or locking mechanism. Static stresses are then pre-loaded onto a pulling mechanism which secures the boom frame to the stick frame to prevent failure and dynamic stresses are dispersed onto a compression mechanism to mitigate fatigue. Hydraulic fluid is passed between the boom frame and the stick frame to maintain cleanliness in a hydraulic valve environment while coupling the stick frame to the boom frame.
CONSTRUCTION MACHINE
A first pinhole is formed in a first member in a section facing a second member. A second pinhole is formed in the second member in a section facing the first member. A connecting pin is inserted into the first pinhole and the second pinhole from the side of the machine center. A coming-off prevention mechanism includes a coming-off prevention lever. The coming-off prevention lever can abut the inner end surface of the connecting pin. The coming-off prevention lever is supported by the second member to be able to move between an abutting position of abutting the inner end surface of the coupling pin and a non-abutting position of not abutting the inner end surface.
Method and a system for determining a load in a working machine
A method for determining a load in a working machine including a linkage to be connected to an implement includes determining pressure in a first hydraulic cylinder and pressure in a second hydraulic cylinder arranged to control the linkage and determining at least one link angle between at least two links in the linkage. The method further includes, for a selected linkage bearing, determining at least two perpendicular force components acting on the selected linkage bearing, based on the determined pressure in each of the first and second cylinders and the at least one link angle; and determining a load on the selected linkage bearing as a linear combination of the at least two perpendicular force components using predetermined constants for the linear combination.
Boom assembly and method of assembly thereof
A boom assembly for a pipelayer includes a boom member having a first end and a second end. The boom assembly includes a first boom block adapted to be removably coupled to the second end of the boom member. The boom assembly includes a second boom block adapted to be removably coupled to a chassis of the pipelayer. The boom assembly includes a first hook block adapted to be removably coupled to the second end of the boom member. The boom assembly includes a second hook block adapted to be operably coupled to the first hook block. The boom assembly also includes a first lifting connector disposed on the first boom block and a second lifting connector disposed on the first hook block. Each of the first lifting connector and the second lifting connector is adapted to removably receive a lifting strap therethrough.
Work attachment and work machine including the same
A work attachment is capable of performing work at a high place while restricting the driving force required to lift the work attachment from its fallen posture in a folded state. The work attachment includes a main boom, a first insert boom and a second insert boom to be selectively used, an intermediate boom, an arm, and a distal working device. The intermediate boom has bendable first and second joints. The second insert boom has a fixed shape. The first insert boom is bent to project upward at a middle joint in the fallen posture, thereby making the center of gravity of the work attachment closer to a boom rotation center axis.
Boom system for breaking and manouevring oversize material
The present invention provides a boom system 1 for breaking and manoeuvring oversize material. The boom system 1 is mounted or attached to a vehicle. The boom system 1 comprises a base 2, a column 5 protruding upwardly from the base 2 and a boom arm 3 moveably connectable to the upright column 5 at connection point 16. A moving arrangement 4 is provided to move all or part of the upright column 5 towards and away from the base 2 so that the connection 16 between the boom arm 3 and the upright column is moveable towards and away from the base 2. A mobile crusher comprising a boom system 1 for breaking and manoeuvring oversize material is also provided.
Arm for working machine, bearing member, and manufacturing method of the arm for the working machine
The arm for the working machine includes: an arm body; and the bearing member attached to the arm body. The bearing member includes: a boss; and the greasing tube having: one end portion attached to a greasing hole provided on the boss; the other end portion attached to the arm body; and a tube body portion connecting the one end portion and the other end portion. The side surface of the arm body is provided with a cutout portion to which the tube body portion is inserted, the cutout portion opening toward the tip end portion. The one end portion of the greasing tube and the tube body portion are housed inside the arm body. The other end portion of the greasing tube is oriented to an outside of the arm through the cutout portion and fixed to the side surface of the arm.
ATTACHMENT FOR WORK MACHINE
An attachment of a work machine includes first and second attachment bodies connectable to each other quickly and easily. The first attachment body includes first side plates including first projecting portions formed with notches, and the second attachment body includes second side plates including second projecting portions and a fitting pin inserted through the second projecting portions. The interval between the first side plates is larger than the interval between the second side plates. The first and second attachment bodies are interconnected while the first projecting portions are disposed outside the second projecting portions, and the parts of the fitting pin protruding outward beyond the second projecting portions are fitted with the notches.
WORK IMPLEMENT, WORK VEHICLE AND METHOD
A work implement for a work vehicle includes a boom having a chassis attachment end and an arm attachment end, an arm including a boom attachment end and a tool attachment end, and a work tool coupled to the tool attachment end of the arm. The boom attachment end is pivotally coupled to the arm attachment end of the boom. At least one of the boom and the arm includes a first portion and a second portion movably coupled to the first portion between a first orientation with respect to the first portion and a second orientation with respect to the first portion. At least one fastener is coupled between the first and second portions to selectively secure the second portion in the first orientation and the second orientation with respect to the first portion.
