Toilet flapper valve with adjustable mounts and assembly

An improved toilet flapper valve is used to cover and seal a main flush valve orifice, which flapper valve comprises a pair of rotatable legs and leg clips having two-way adjustment capabilities and which serve to function as mounting arms. The two-way adjustment of the rotatable leg clips allows for use of the same flapper valve with a variety of makes and models of flush valves, and flush valves having pegs that may be spaced apart so as to adjust for pegs that may have different diameters or that may be separated from one another by different distances depending on the flush valve used in the toilet. The flapper valve of the present invention also includes a variably-adjustable air outlet capability.

Flush valve with bowl cleaning agent

A toilet cleaning system integrated with a flush valve of a toilet so that a cleaning agent is kept separate from sensitive seals of a tank of the toilet. Additionally, the toilet cleaning system provides a path for the cleaning agent solution to pass through a rim of a bowl of the toilet so that most of the toilet bowl is affected by the solution.

Cistern for flushing a toilet with potable and gray water

A cistern comprises an upper water tank as a first chamber, and a lower water tank as a second chamber connected by an opening. At the top of the upper tank a mains water inlet allows mains water into the tank through an inlet valve, which is under the control of an upper float. An auxiliary water inlet allows water from an auxiliary supply, such as condensate from an air-conditioning unit, into the tank. At the bottom of lower tank is an water outlet, which allows flushing water from the lower tank 104 to flush an appliance (not shown) under the control of an outlet valve. The outlet valve is under the control of an actuator, which is configured to move up and down, and is also under the control of a lower float.
