ANCHOR CHANNEL AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING AN ANCHOR CHANNEL
For stable anchoring of an anchor channel in concrete, an anchor, the anchor shank of which has a larger diameter than an anchor hole of a C-profile channel of the anchor channel, is inserted through the anchor hole from the inside, so that the anchor shank widens the anchor hole and holds the C-profile channel clamped on the anchor shank. An anchor head configured as a countersink head bears internally against a protrusion of the C-profile channel, and on the outer side of the C-profile channel knurling holds the anchor in addition to the clamped fit.
PPVC connector
A PPVC connector is provided for joining a first PPVC (Prefabricated Prefinished Volumetric Construction) module and a second PPVC module. The PPVC connector is adopted for coupling or joining a first PPVC module and a second PPVC module together, comprising a first anchor for attaching to the first PPVC module; a second anchor for attaching to the second PPVC module; and a frame for coupling the first anchor and the second anchor together. The first anchor, the second anchor, the frame or a combination of any of these components comprise a plate having at least one side for attaching to one of the PPVC Module. Due to confinement effect, the first module and the second module are prevented from detachment so as to bind the first PPVC module and the second PPVC module together permanently to form a monolithic assemble.
ANCHOR RAIL AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING AN ANCHOR RAIL
An anchor rail for fixing fasteners includes a first rail part and a second rail part which are connected to one another and on each of which anchor webs are formed, wherein a channel-shaped receptacle for a head section of a fastening means is formed between a first wall of the first rail part and a second wall of the second rail part, and an inwardly projecting web is provided on the first wall and an inwardly projecting web is provided on the second wall, and the inwardly projecting webs overlap the channel-shaped receptacle at the edge side. An outwardly projecting support web projects at least in sections on the first wall and/or the second wall opposite the inwardly projecting web. A method for producing an anchor rail which can absorb particularly high forces includes forming the inwardly and outwardly projecting webs from strip-shaped blanks welded to the first and second rail parts.
EMBED FAÇADE ATTACHMENTS AND RELATED SYSTEMS AND METHODS
An embed facade attachment system comprises an inner channel and an outer channel. The inner channel is configured to receive one or more fasteners between an upper retaining flange and a lower retaining flange. The outer channel is defined between an upper outward flange and a lower outward flange and configured to receive one or more fasteners. One of the inner channel and the outer channel is coupled to a concrete reinforcement element and another of the inner channel and the outer channel is removably coupled to a facade element by the one or more fasteners. The facade attachment is embedded in concrete with at least the inner channel or the outer channel exposed to a surface of the concrete to allow coupling of the facade element.
Support bracket
A concrete pathway formwork system, including a formwork panel for forming adjacent concrete panels of a pathway, and a support bracket for supporting the system relative to a ground surface, wherein the formwork panel has a pair of vertically opposed longitudinal rails, and the support bracket has an engagement formation which has an unlocked orientation for inserting the formation between the opposed rails to abut against the formwork panel and a rotated, locked orientation wherein the formation is locked by the rails against lateral withdrawal from the formwork panel.
FORMWORK PANEL
A formwork panel for forming adjacent concrete bodies, wherein the formwork panel is adapted to be compressible on expansion of the concrete bodies. The formwork panel may be substantially planar to be in a plane substantially perpendicular to a travel surface formed by upper surfaces of the concrete bodies. The formwork panel may be extruded and may have at least one internal void to facilitate sacrificial compression of the formwork panel on expansion of the concrete bodies.
ASSEMBLY CHANNEL EMBEDDED IN CONCRETE STRUCTURE
An assembly channel embedded in a concrete structure includes: bolts coupled to a bracket adapted to support an object to be supported; a support member open on top thereof and having both side ends bent inwardly therefrom in such a manner as to prevent heads of the bolts inserted thereinto from being escaped therefrom; a fixed member fixedly coupled to the underside of the support member in such a manner as to be embedded in the concrete structure; at least one or more length reinforcing materials mounted on the inner surface of the fixed member in a longitudinal direction of the fixed member so as to reinforce the strength of the fixed member; and a horizontal plate disposed between the support member and the fixed member in such a manner as to be coupled to the support member.
ANCHOR RAIL AND BUILDING STRUCTURE HAVING AN ANCHOR RAIL
An anchor rail has a base body having a longitudinal groove that extends along a longitudinal center line of the anchor rail, and a rail back, fixed with an anchor, on the side opposite the longitudinal groove. The base body has a one front side perpendicular to the longitudinal center line and fixed with an end plate that protrudes beyond the rail back to the side of the base body facing away from the longitudinal groove and supports an anchoring element, which extends from the side of the end plate on which the base body is arranged. The end plate is flush to the front side and does not protrude into the base body. For a building structure with a concrete member, into which an anchor rail is cast, the longitudinal groove is on a first router side of the concrete member. The end plate runs along a second side of the concrete member and the anchoring element protrudes into the concrete member.
PRECAST CONCRETE MEMBER WITH PREFABRICATED PLATE AND FIXING CHANNELS
The present invention relates to a precast concrete member using a PC member, which comprises a prefabricated plate and fixing channels, and is used as a linear member for a column which is an axial force member, as a planar member for a wall which is an axial force member, or as a linear member for a beam or a girder which is a flexural member. A preferred embodiment of the present invention provides a premade precast concrete member having a PC body formed at a predetermined length and multiple steel reinforcements embedded within the PC body along the longitudinal direction, the precast concrete member comprising: a plate assembly in which a pair of board-like plates having a pair of coupling holes formed to be penetrated at a regular interval are formed so as to be spaced apart from each other and to face each other, or two pairs of board-like plates are spaced apart from each other so as to face each other, with one end of each thereof being embedded into one or both longitudinal ends of the PC body, and the other ends thereof protruding, wherein the plate assembly comprises a connecting member of which a part embedded into the PC body of the plate is welded to one side of the steel reinforcement, and both ends are respectively bolt-coupled to the coupling holes of a pair of plates so as to connect a part embedded into the PC body of a pair of facing plates; and fixing channels which comprise a U-shaped channel having an opening formed on the top thereof and multiple anchor bodies coupled to the rear surface of the U-shaped channel, the opening of the U-shaped channel comprising a rib which is formed to be bent inwardly, wherein at least two rows of fixing channels are embedded at regular intervals into one side surface of the width direction of the PC body or into at least one pair of corresponding surfaces of the width direction of the PC body.
