METAL FRAMING SELF-LOCKING CONNECTORS
The present invention relates to metal framed wall components with self-locking fixed and sliding connections between support members and crossing connecting members without using fasteners to connect the two crossing metal framing members together. Different variations of the shapes of the connecting members as well as the location and shape of the notches, ledges, tabs and notched-tabs are used between the members at the holes, punch-outs or indentations all determine the self-locking connections.
BUILDING CONNECTION ARRANGEMENT
A clip (2) for fitting between a first component (6) and a second component (4) in a building structure, the clip including a first member (8), a second member (10) and a connecting portion (12) connecting the first member (8) to the second member (10); the first member (8), the second member (10) and the connecting portion (12) forming a space (38) in which a portion of a leg (18) of the second component (4) is adapted to reside; the first member (8) and the second member (10) adapted for engagement with the portion of the leg (18) of the second component (4).
SNAP CONNECTORS FOR WALL FRAMING
A framing system includes a first connection assembly that engages with a substrate. The first connection assembly includes a first connector and a track. At least one spring flange defined by the first connector engages with a fastener positioned along the substrate to maintain the first connection assembly in a fixed position relative to the substrate and to interconnect the substrate with the track. The framing system further includes a second connection assembly defining a second connector engaged to a stud. The second connection assembly engages with the first connection assembly to interconnect the stud with the track.

Framing assembly with modular connectors
Embodiments of a framing assembly including modular connectors for interconnecting components of the framing assembly are disclosed.
Structural frame
In an example, a structural frame is described. The structural frame includes a hub and a plurality of truss members. The hub includes a plurality of hub slots around a perimeter of the hub. The plurality of truss members are configured to couple with the hub and each other. Each truss member is a monolithic structure including: (i) a body extending from a first end of the truss member to a second end of the truss member, (ii) a truss fastener at the first end and configured to couple with a respective one of the plurality of the hub slots of the hub, (iii) a truss slot at the second end and configured to couple to the truss fastener of another one of the plurality of truss members, and (iv) one or more retainers extending along the body between the first end and the second end.
FRAMING ASSEMBLY WITH MODULAR CONNECTORS
Embodiments of a framing assembly including modular connectors for interconnecting components of the framing assembly are disclosed.
Reusable modular housing system
A reusable modular housing system has a gridded structure comprising reusable components with dimensions corresponding to a two-unit system. The structure has floor and ceiling grids with dimensions that correspond to multiples of a first unit of measurement. The vertical beams that connect the floor and ceiling grids are spaced apart at dimensions that also correspond to multiples of the first unit of measurement. The structure has a variety of other components that can be coupled to the floor and ceiling grids and the vertical beams, and those other components have dimensions that correspond to a multiple of a second unit of measurement. Dimensions of the structure can vary, but each of the component parts can be detachably coupled into the gridded structure, so as to fit within the grid's dimensions based on respective multiples of the first unit of measurement and the second unit of measurement. The structure can be assembled into a first configuration, and when use of the structure is completed, the structure can be disassembled into its component parts which can be later assembled into the first configuration or a different second configuration. Use of a two-unit system of dimensions for the system allows for component parts to be reused on the same or other structures designed within the same dimensional system.
Metal framing components for wall panels
The present invention has various types of horizontal bracing channels, longitudinal spacing-bracing channels, couplings, bracing clips, support channels, hole shapes within the support channels and orientation of the various elements that affect how wall panels are made. The structural insulating core includes the framing members and spacer blocks between the framing members that interlock together by having a structural insulating core of foam spacers with a tongue side and groove side interlocking the foam spacers between vertical metal support channels including the horizontal bracing channels, longitudinal spacing-bracing channels having notches, couplings and bracing clips connecting together.
Framing assembly with modular connectors
A framing assembly is disclosed including a first connector and a second connector. The first connector includes a body defining an edge portion. The second connector includes a base and a flange in communication with the base. To interconnect framing components of the framing assembly, the second connector is engaged with the first connector such that an engagement surface of the flange abuts the edge portion of the first connector restricting movement of the second connector relative to the first connector.
