Enhanced glazing device, assembly and method for operating the same
The present disclosure involves a device for inserting through adjoining panes of glass, which may be oriented to apply pressure to opposing sides of the glass in one orientation. The device generally comprises a shaft that accepts a fastener, which may be moved to tighten or loosen pressure applied by the device upon the glass. In one embodiment, the device comprises one or more plates for insertion through and placement against opposite sides of the adjoining panes of glass, and which can be used to reduce or remove bowing along the surface of the glass prior to sealing.
CEILING MEMBER INSTALLATION TOOL
A ceiling material installation tool wherein the present invention assists in the installation of tongue and groove ceiling planks. The present invention includes a frame having an upper portion and a lower portion. The upper portion includes a lateral support member with longitudinal support members at opposing ends thereof. The lateral support member can be configured to be adjustable in length so as to place the longitudinal support members against adjacent support trusses that are alternate distances. The lower portion of the frame includes a vertical support member extending downward from the lateral support member. An upper horizontal member and a lower horizontal member are coupled to the vertical support member both being perpendicular to the vertical support member and axially aligned. The upper horizontal member can be vertically adjustable along the vertical support member so as to position a ceiling plank.
TILE NICHE HOLDER TOOL, METHOD, AND SYSTEM
A support tool for installing tiles onto a wall above a niche in the wall provides support for tiles being mounted above the niche. The tool includes a support plate configured to be secured to or braced against an upper surface of the niche. A tile support bar supporting lower edges of the tiles may be adjusted and held in a selected vertical position relative to the plate, so that lower edges of tiles may be placed in a desired vertical position relative to the upper surface of the niche. The tile support bar may be slidably supported on a support rod in a selected position by a nut threaded onto the support rod. The tool may be secured in position by screwing the support plate onto the upper surface of the niche, or by bracing the tool in place using a length-adjustable extender assembly.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SUPPORTING SHEETING MATERIALS
A device for stabilizing a sheet material to a stud member includes two side members that sandwich the stud member and a back member joining the two side members together. One or more protrusions may extend inward from one or both of the side members so that the device is frictionally fit and secured to the stud member. A shelf extends away and outward from the back member so that the sheet material can be placed on the shelf before the sheet member is fastened to the stud member. The device can include an angled portion at the bottom of the back member so that a hammer can apply a force to the angled portion to cause the device to move away from the stud member for removal.

Rainscreen installation tool and method
A rainscreen panel may be installed using tools for spacing, positioning, and attaching the rainscreen to a supporting structure. A rainscreen installation tool may have a first short leg and a second and third long leg extending from a center. One of the long legs may be orthogonal to the short leg and the other parallel to the short leg. The rainscreen installation tool may also have a fourth short leg extending from the center which is orthogonal to the first short leg. One or more of the rainscreen installation tools may be positioned with one of the short legs between an installed rainscreen panel and new rainscreen panel so that the new panel is appropriately spaced from the installed rainscreen panel. A fastener may be positioned at an edge of the rainscreen installation tool in order to secure the new rainscreen panel to the supporting structure.
ADJUSTABLE WINDOW SUPPORT
An illustrated view of an exemplary adjustable window support for supporting tile around a window opening is presented. The adjustable window support is useful for preventing the laid tile from moving and thus causing the window opening from being level. Further, the adjustable window support is useful for applying pressure to the laid tile and thus providing a more secure coupling with a wall.
Crown Molding Support Hanger
A crown molding support hanger described herein as comprised of a lightweight durable plastic crown molding support hanger that is an essential crown molding installation tool for all sizes of crown molding that may be quickly and effectively installed by a single user. The crown molding support hanger has a support surface that engages and holds a length of crown molding while the mounting member secures the crown molding support hanger to the wall. The support member is adjustable to the different sizes and shapes of decorative trim molding by simply snapping off the tab on the support surface that engages the front section of the molding. The mounting member is removable from the support member by moving the support member side to side and snapping the support member tab at the v-groove, releasing the support member. The mounting member remains hidden behind the crown molding.
Construction panel mounting apparatus
The present invention is a construction panel mounting apparatus that temporarily secures a wall or ceiling panel in position until the installer can permanently secure it. The construction panel mounting apparatus of the present invention accommodates various size panels and essentially eliminates the need of a person to temporarily hold the panel in place while another permanently secures it. In addition, the construction panel mounting apparatus of the present invention also serves as a panel foot lift that facilitates the lifting of heavy panels from the floor.
Tile spacing tool and method
A tile spacing tool is disclosed herein that spans a gap between tile rows where the gap is sized to receive a decorative insert or the like. The spacing tool spans the gap and transfers the weight of the upper tile rows across the gap to the lower tile rows, which are supported by a floor or ledge. As a result, the entire wall can be built including the decorative insert without waiting for the bottom tile rows to dry to support the weight of the tile rows above the decorative insert.
