Low-bulkiness hydraulic hinge
A hinge for cold rooms or glass shutters includes a stationary support structure and a shutter movable between an open position and a closed position. The hinge includes a hinge body with a working chamber; a pivot coupled with the hinge body; a cam element unitary with the pivot; a plunger element sliding in the working chamber, the plunger element having a slider with an operative face interacting with the cam element; a counteracting elastic member acting on the plunger element to move it between a position proximal to the bottom wall of the working chamber and a position distal therefrom. The hinge body has a substantially plate-like shape. The cam element includes an elongated appendix extending from the pivot to come in contact engagement with the operative face of the slider. The pivot is placed at one of the side walls of the working chamber.

The electronic device may include: a body provided with a computing system; a hinge assembly adjacent to one side of the body and installed inside of the body; and a display part including a display panel for displaying a screen, wherein the display part is pivotable with respect to the body and is connected to the hinge assembly, wherein the hinge assembly may include: a hinge shaft; a first coupling part adjacent to one end of the hinge shaft, extended from an outer circumferential surface of the hinge shaft, and fixed to the display part; a second coupling part rotatably coupled to the hinge shaft and that is fixed to the body; and a foot plate pivotably coupled to the second coupling part and pivotable with the second coupling part according to the rotation of the hinge shaft.

DOOR DRIVE FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE DOOR OR MOTOR VEHICLE FLAP
A door drive for a motor vehicle door or motor vehicle flap, which is provided with an electromotive drive, a transmission downstream of the drive, and a force-transmission element. The force-transmission element is operatively connected to a leaf of the motor vehicle door or motor vehicle flap. An output element of the transmission and the force-transmission element are coupled by a toothing with compensation for play. According to the invention, the output element and/or the force-transmission element are not only designed to be moveable for play compensation, but can also be permanently fixed after the compensation for play.

An apparatus comprises a base plate configured to be coupled to a door, the door configured to be positioned in an open position and a closed position; a closing mechanism coupled to the base plate and configured to be coupled to a hinge of the door and having an unprimed state and a primed state, the closing mechanism configured to be transitioned between the unprimed state and the primed state by a user; wherein in the unprimed state the closing mechanism is decoupled from operation of the door; and in the primed state the closing mechanism is configured to move the door into the closed position responsive to receipt of a signal, and the closing mechanism is configured to allow movement of the door between the open position and the closed position in absence of the signal.
