Pneumatic cylinder device with holding valve
An output member (7) is inserted in a housing (5) so as to be movable in a left-right direction. A lock chamber (20) is provided to the right of the output member (7), as a first actuation chamber. Compressed air is supplied to and discharged from the lock chamber (20) through a first supply and discharge passage (24) provided in the housing (5). A first holding valve (30) provided to an intermediate portion of the first supply and discharge passage (24) is configured to close and open the first supply and discharge passage (24).
Submersible Hydraulic Power Units with Interchangeable Manifolds
Submersible hydraulic power units with interchangeable manifolds for hydraulic systems are provided. In one embodiment, submersible hydraulic power unit (“SHPU”) for moving hydraulic fluid between a first chamber and a second chamber of a hydraulic device is provided, the SHPU comprising: a tank for storing hydraulic fluid, wherein the tank houses: a motor submerged in the hydraulic fluid, the motor having a powered on and a powered off configuration based on at least one command signal; and a pump submerged in the hydraulic fluid and connected to the motor, wherein the motor drives the pump to route the hydraulic fluid in and out of the tank; and a lid attached to the tank, wherein the lid comprises at least one opening allowing an interchangeable manifold to connect to the pump.
Housing block, method for producing a housing block, and core
A housing block includes channels formed in an interior of the housing block with at least one of the channels having a slot or flat-channel geometry at least in portions. A method is disclosed for producing the housing block. A sand core is disclosed to be used with the method for producing the housing block.
Electro-hydraulic control terminal adopting modularized and configured cartridge valve RHCV
The present invention aims at providing a new electro-hydraulic control terminal adopting modularized and configured cartridge valve RHCV. It has obvious advantages of hybrid combination and flexible customization when RHCV is applied in the independent control terminals based on “single loop resistance” to control hydraulic actuators including distributed cylinders and motors. It can follow the rules that functional diversities as many as possible can be achieved through technical diversities as few as possible, thus producing a new generation of electro-hydraulic product family and platform to meet the needs of customers.
CONTROL VALVE DEVICE
A control valve device includes a valve main body formed to have an actuator port connected to an actuator, a communication passage formed in the valve main body and configured to allow the actuator port to communicate with a drain port, and an on/off valve provided between the communication passage and the drain port, and the on/off valve includes a sheet member assembled to the valve main body, an orifice provided in the sheet member, and a poppet member configured to open and close a sheet portion of the sheet member.
Relief valve cavity
A valve body defines a work passage, a high-pressure channel fluidly connected to the work passage, a tank passage, and a cavity disposed between the high-pressure channel and the tank passage. The cavity fluidly connects the high-pressure channel and the tank passage. The cavity is defined at least in part by a first portion within which a relief valve threadedly engages, a second portion disposed adjacent to the high-pressure channel, and an annulus interposed between the first portion and the second portion. The annulus fluidly connects to the tank passage. A surface area of the relief valve exposed to the annulus is greater than a cross-sectional area of the high-pressure channel.
Unitary housing
A housing (100) for housing hydraulic components, wherein the hydraulic components are configured for operating a hitch mechanism of a tractor, is a single-body component that is configured to house a plurality of valve mechanism and a reciprocating piston therein. The housing (100) comprises cavities for locating valve mechanisms therein and a cylinder (110) for accommodating a reciprocating piston (210). The housing (100) together with a plurality of valve mechanisms (122, 124, 126, 128, 130, 132) disposed in corresponding cavities, forms a predetermined hydraulic circuit (1000). The hydraulic circuit (1000) has minimum number of leakage joints, minimizes number of components and therefore assembly and machining operations.
Pneumatic cylinder and mechanical apparatus using the same
A pneumatic cylinder includes a cylinder body, a piston assembly, a connecting rod, and at least one pressure-relief valve. The cylinder body is formed with a cylinder chamber, and has an exterior disposed with at least one inlet-outlet passage and at least one pressure-relief opening, wherein the inlet-outlet passage is connected to the cylinder chamber. The piston assembly is contained within the cylinder chamber. The connecting rod is connected to the piston assembly, and protrudes out from the cylinder body. The pressure-relief valve is disposed in the pressure-relief opening, and has two ends connected to an outside of the pneumatic cylinder and the cylinder chamber respectively. When a gas pressure within the cylinder chamber is greater than a threshold value, the pressure-relief valve works to allow the cylinder chamber connecting to the outside for pressure relief.
PROPORTIONAL PRESSURE CONTROLLER WITH ISOLATION VALVE ASSEMBLY
A proportional pressure controller includes a body having inlet, outlet, and exhaust ports. A fill valve communicates with pressurized fluid in the inlet port. A dump valve communicates with pressurized fluid from the fill valve. An inlet poppet valve opens by pressurized fluid through the fill valve. An exhaust poppet valve when closed isolates pressurized fluid from the exhaust port. An outlet flow passage communicates with pressurized fluid when the inlet poppet valve is open, and communicates with the outlet port and an exhaust/outlet common passage. An isolation valve assembly selectively isolates fluid flow to and from the inlet port or the exhaust port to achieve a zero pressure condition.
PILOT RELIEF VALVE
A pilot relief valve is provided, including: a sleeve, a valve body, a piston, an adjusting member, a support base, a blocking member and an elastic member, all disposed inside the sleeve. The support base includes a head portion and a rod portion, the head portion includes an exhaust channel penetrating the first surface, the rod portion includes an air intake channel communicating with the exhaust channel. The blocking member is disposed on the head portion. As such, the air in the sleeve is discharged through the inside of the support base, and the hydraulic oil fills the sleeve to maintain pressure balance so that the support base and the blocking member will not thrust, the perforation of the valve body and the outlet of the tipping valve remains unblocked, and the pressure of the hydraulic oil is stable when the hydraulic oil enters the hydraulic cylinder.
