Brake apparatus for vehicle
A brake apparatus for a vehicle includes a screw bar positioned inside a caliper body, and rotated by receiving power of a driving motor; a nut unit including a nut which surrounds the screw bar, and a nut holder which is threadedly coupled with the screw bar, is movable on the nut and is moved toward a pad member by rotation of the screw bar; and a piston unit surrounding the nut unit, and pressing the pad member, wherein the nut holder is brought into contact with the piston unit while being moved toward the pad member, and moves the nut such that the nut pushes the piston unit.
Electromechanical brake apparatus and system with gearless input from motor
An electromechanical brake apparatus includes a housing supporting an inboard brake pad and an oppositely facing outboard brake pad for selective frictional contact with a rotor interposed longitudinally therebetween. The housing includes a mechanism cavity located longitudinally between the inboard pad and a motor having a motor output shaft. An adjuster ramp assembly indirectly receives torque from the motor. A spindle is operatively connected with the adjuster ramp assembly to indirectly receive torque from the motor therethrough. A leading ramp assembly is configured to transmit applied torque from the motor to the adjuster ramp assembly. The leading ramp assembly receives stepped-up torque from the motor via the motor output shaft and a ball thrust bearing at least partially located radially between the motor output shaft and an actuator ramp of the leading ramp assembly.
Brake caliper for a vehicle brake
A brake caliper (1, 1′) for a vehicle brake, in particular a disc brake of a commercial vehicle, includes a pressure piece (110, 110′), a thrust piece (120, 120′) configured to move axially relative to the pressure piece (110, 110′) in a thrust direction (A) to transmit a braking force and a guiding member (130a,b, 130′a,b) configured to limit the movement of the thrust piece (120, 120′) relative to the pressure piece (110, 110′) in at least one direction orthogonal to the thrust direction (A). The brake caliper (1, 1′) may further include a lever (140) pivotally supported between the thrust piece (120, 120′) and the pressure piece (110, 110′), wherein the guiding member (130a,b, 130′a,b) is configured to limit the movement of the lever (140) relative to the pressure piece (110, 110′) and/or the thrust piece (120, 120′) in at least one direction orthogonal to the thrust direction (A).
Brake cylinder device and brake device
A brake cylinder device having a parking spring brake mechanism, provided with a clutch mechanism configured so as to transmit or block urging force of a piston to or from a brake force transmitting unit; a latch member for restricting displacement of the brake force transmitting unit relative to the piston by engaging with the clutch mechanism, and allowing displacement of the brake force transmitting unit relative to the piston by disengaging from the clutch mechanism; a latch lock member for engaging at an inclined part with a protruding part of the latch member; and a rotation-preventing part for preventing the latch lock member from rotating.
DISC BRAKE
An object of the invention is to provide a disc brake improved in reliability.
In a disc brake, a first holder-side projection is formed on a holder, and a first cover-side recess that fits the first holder-side projection of the holder is formed in a cover. An elastic member is disposed between the first holder-side projection of the holder and the first cover-side recess in the cover.

Vehicle brake having spindle/nut arrangement
A hydraulic vehicle brake has a piston which acts upon a friction element and is displaceable by a rotationally drivable spindle/nut arrangement into an actuating position. A spindle of the spindle/nut arrangement is secured against rotation and movable by the spindle nut either into abutment against the piston or away from the piston. The spindle nut comprises a first part, which at least close to one end thereof is configured for screw-type engagement with the spindle, and a second part, configured for rotationally driving the first part and connected to the first part by a rotationally fixed connection. The first part at an other end thereof is provided with a support surface for the rotatable, axial mounting of the spindle/nut arrangement and the second part at the other end extends into the first part.
Transmission device for controlling the translational movement of an organ and brake system equipped with such a transmission device forming a brake booster
A transmission device for controlling the translational movement of an element includes: an exterior planetary gear equipped interiorly with teeth; an interior planetary gear connected to the controlled element and bearing a rack in the direction of translation; a satellite carrier having satellites with helical teeth engaged with the interior teeth; and a stationary housing accommodating the exterior planetary gear, the interior planetary gear, the satellite carrier. The rack is used to control the translational movement of the interior planetary gear. The transmission device is driven by a motor with a transmission acting either on the exterior planetary gear or the satellite carrier.
