An arm joint is provided with a first coupling part with a first axis and a second coupling part with a second axis. Further, the arm joint includes a third coupling part connected in a manner rotatable around a third axis with the first coupling part. The third axis includes an angle with the first axis in the range of 30-60 degrees, preferably of 45 degrees. The third coupling part is connected in a manner rotatable around a fourth axis with the second coupling part. The fourth axis includes an angle with the second axis in the range of 30-60 degrees, preferably of 45 degrees. The third and the fourth axis mutually include an angle in the range of 60-120 degrees, preferably of 90 degrees. A robot arm with a number, preferably three, of such arm joints is also disclosed.

When the worm gear rotates, the first worm abuts against a first tooth surface of each tooth of the worm gear sequentially, and the biasing member pushes the second worm to abut against a second tooth surface of each tooth sequentially.

The worm wheel is operatively coupled to drive the circle gear. The set of worm gears includes a first worm gear on a first shaft and a second worm gear on a second shaft. The single input is configured to provide a driving torque that drives the set of worm gears such that the set of worm gears divides the driving torque. The driving torque is capable of driving the worm wheel for driving the circle gear and rotating the blade.

This enables to the restraining mechanism to urge the lever separately to the clutch mechanism, thereby enabling the degrees of freedom for setting a biasing load on the lever by the restraining mechanism to be increased.
