Extension/contraction mechanism and mobile body
11486476 · 2022-11-01 · ·

An extension/contraction mechanism in which an extension/contraction part is able to turn is provided. An extension/contraction mechanism according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes a first drive source connected to a sending/pulling part so as to be able to transmit a drive force, and a second drive source connected to the sending/pulling part and a turning part that rotatably supports the sending/pulling part so as to be able to transmit a drive force via a gear group. When a rotational speed transmitted to the sending/pulling part to rotate the sending/pulling part by the first drive source is equal to a rotational speed transmitted to the sending/pulling part to rotate the sending/pulling part by the second drive source, an extension/contraction part turns via the turning part. When the above rotational speeds are different from each other, the extension/contraction part is extended or contracted.

High reduction belt-driven linear actuator

Disclosed herein are methods, systems, and components for the design of a flat belt based block and tackle design that is theoretically free of fleet angles. A mapping technique forms a set of planar positions for the centerlines of the free spans that provides a plurality of sheave geometries, which reside on a common axis and spans that are free of fleet angles at the sheave engagement interfaces. This permits the use of high-performing flat belts in high-reduction (e.g., 6:1 or greater) block and tackle topologies, with the principal benefits of an extended service life, high power transmission efficiency, more effective traction power transfer, and a compact machine design.

TRANSMISSION DEVICE FOR CORDLESS WINDOW SHADES

A window shade includes a top box, a mediate bar, a bottom bar and a shade connected between the mediate bar and the bottom bar. A first scrolling unit and a second scrolling unit are located in the top box, and each are cooperated with a movable unit, a resilient member and a fixed member. The resilient member is connected between the movable unit and the fixed member. Each of the first scrolling unit and the second scrolling unit has a first roller and a second roller, and each of the movable unit has a third roller and a fourth roller. The first cords of the first scrolling unit are connected to the mediate bar. The second cords of the second scrolling unit extend through the mediate bar and are connected to the bottom bar. The first and second cords meet the requirements of a longer shade.

Extension/contraction mechanism and mobile body

An extension/contraction mechanism capable of preventing a swing of an extension/contraction part when it is extended or contracted is provided. An extension/contraction mechanism according to one aspect of the present disclosure is an extension/contraction mechanism including a telescopic extension/contraction part and a base part that supports the extension/contraction part so that it can be extended/contracted, in which the extension/contraction mechanism includes a support part that contacts an inner peripheral surface or an outer peripheral surface of the extension/contraction part in order to prevent a wobble in a root part of the extension/contraction part with respect to the base part, and the support part is provided on a side surface of the base part that is opposed to the inner peripheral surface or the outer peripheral surface of the extension/contraction part that the support part contacts.

SELF-REELING BELT DRIVE
20220194735 · 2022-06-23 ·

The present disclosure involves a belt drive mechanism which can be used to pay out or draw belt to or from a belt actuated system (or belt driven system). The mechanism features a self-winding spool which can automatically wind or unwind portions of the belt as they are withdrawn from, or fed to the belt actuated system. A second rotational axle (idler shaft), with one or more sheaves (e.g., pulley's or rollers) can be rotationally coupled to a capstan via a belt, and can be utilized to drive additional mechanisms in the belt drive mechanism, such as a winding mechanism.
