The transmission includes a casing coupled to a housing of the driving motor, the power input shaft includes a power input end coupled to the driving motor, and power is transmitted between the first output shaft and the power input shaft and between the second output shaft and the power input shaft. The first and second intermediate shafts sequentially transmit power, power is transmitted between the first intermediate shaft and the power input shaft, and the second intermediate shaft simultaneously transmits power to the first output shaft and the second output shaft.
ELECTRIC DRIVE MODULE CONFIGURED AS A BEAM AXLE
An electrically-operated electric drive module for use in a vehicle framework that is configured for a powertrain that includes an internal combustion engine. The electrically-operated electric drive module permits the vehicle to be converted to an electrically propelled vehicle in a manner that is cost-effective and which is relatively low in weight.
Motor vehicle transmission with a power take-off
A motor vehicle transmission including an input shaft (AN), an output shaft (AB), a power take-off (1) and a hydraulic pump (2). The hydraulic pump (2) serves to supply the motor vehicle transmission with hydrodynamic working pressure. The power take-off (1) has a power take-off gearwheel (1A). The power take-off gearwheel (1A) is connected to the hydraulic pump (2) in order drive the hydraulic pump (2).
Coaxial co-located vehicle drive power and steering system
A coaxial co-located vehicle power drive and steering system includes a motor coupled to a transmission having a drive shaft with a first portion and a second portion mechanically interlocked by a spline having corresponding meshing features extending parallel to the drive shaft longitudinal axis. A drive shaft housing enclosing at least a length of the drive shaft, the drive shaft housing including a first portion and a second portion mechanically interlocked by a spline having corresponding meshing features extending parallel to the drive shaft longitudinal axis. A distal end of the drive shaft terminating within a differential gearbox in mechanical communication with an axle. A steering system coupled to the drive shaft housing second portion, the steering system including one or more rotatable gears which cause an angular rotation of the housing in relation to the drive shaft.
TRANSMISSION GEAR BOX
A transmission gear box is provided, which comprises a box body (10), at least one end cover (20, 20′) and a fitting structure. A cavity suitable for arranging gears is defined in the box body (10). The at least one end cover (20, 20′) is fixed on at least one opening end, which is axially opened, of the cavity of the box body (10). The fitting structure comprises an inner fitting surface (11) provided on the surface of the cavity of one of the box body (10) and the end cover (20, 20′), and an outer fitting surface (21) provided on the peripheral surface of the other one of the box body and the end cover, and the inner fitting surface (11) and the outer fitting surface (21) are fixed to each other by means of welding. At least one clearance fit area (30) and interference fit areas (40) located on both sides of the clearance fit area (30) are configured between the inner fitting surface (11) and the outer fitting surface (21). The provided transmission gear box can effectively avoid product deformation caused due to the fact that a molten body presses the box body (10) and the end cover (20, 20′) during welding.
WORK VEHICLE
There is provided a work vehicle including an oil outlet port and a partition part. The oil outlet port opens to a bottom portion in one end side of a transmission case in a vehicle body front-back direction and a vehicle body left-right direction. The oil outlet port takes out a lubricating oil from an interior of the transmission case. The partition part divided an internal space of the transmission case into a first space zone along a sidewall portion of the transmission case, and a second space zone other than the first space zone. The partition part brings the first space zone into a sealed state.
WORK VEHICLE
There is provided a work vehicle including a partition wall to keep partition between a first space zone as part of an internal space of the transmission case in which a differential mechanism is located and a second space zone as part of the internal space which is adjacent to the first space zone. An upper space is disposed above the partition wall and configured to allow lubricating oil scooped up from the first space zone by a ring gear to flow in the second space zone. A flow-out path is disposed below the upper space and configured to allow the lubricating oil to flow out of the second space zone to the first space zone.
STEPPED JOINT OF A PART ON A TRANSMISSION HOUSING
A separable housing for a transmission wherein the transmission that is to be received in the separable housing has a gear shaft and at least two pinion shafts which are engaged with a gear that is arranged on the gear shaft. The separable housing has at least one first housing element and a second housing element that is connected to the first housing element by a joint of a part. The gear shaft and the at least two pinion shafts can be received in the joint of a part in receptacles on the housing. The joint of a part has a first part-joint stepped section and a second part-joint stepped section, each stepped section forming a different horizontal level in the joint of a part and each stepped section being formed between two of the receptacles of two of the shafts, the stepped sections also being complementarily formed.
Gear for an adjusting device in vehicles for adjusting two vehicle parts adjustable with respect to each other
A gear for an adjusting device in vehicles for adjusting two vehicle parts adjustable relative to each other, in particular, for adjusting two parts of a seat adjusting device, a window lifter, or a sun roof, the gear including a drivable drive screw having gear teeth, a spindle nut, which has spindle nut teeth engaging with the screw teeth, and an internal thread, using which the spindle nut can be brought into engagement with a threaded spindle of the adjusting device, and a gear housing, which accommodates and supports the drive screw and the spindle nut. The spindle nut is made at least partially of metal, and the drive screw is made of plastic, and the gear housing includes a first bearing section made of plastic for supporting the spindle nut and a second bearing section made of metal for supporting the drive screw.
