COMPUTER DEVICE AND HOST MODULE THEREOF
A computer device and a host module thereof are provided. The host module includes a case, a motherboard, and a power supply unit. The case includes a first side plate, a second side plate, a front panel, a rear panel, and a separation structure. The rear panel is located on an opposite side of the front panel. The first side plate, the second side plate, the front panel, and the rear panel enclose an internal space. The separation structure is located in the internal space, extends from the first side plate to the second side plate, and divides the internal space into a first part and a second part. The second part is located under the first part. The motherboard is disposed in the first part. The power supply unit is disposed in the second part, and is electrically connected to the motherboard.
CIRCUIT BOARD FOR A SERVER SYSTEM AND SERVER SYSTEM
The invention relates to a circuit board for a server system. The circuit board is adapted to be installed either in a server of a first type or in a server of a second type different from the first type. The circuit board comprises connections (A to H) for receiving assembly groups and a control. The control is adapted to show an order of the connections (A to H) depending on the types.
SERVER AND EXPANSION TRAY THEREOF
A server includes a server motherboard, a limiting element, and an expansion tray. The limiting element has a limiting portion and the limiting element is fixed to the server motherboard. The expansion tray includes a tray body, a driven assembly, and a matching element. The driven assembly includes a positioning element and is fixed to the tray body.
The matching element is fixed to the tray body and the matching element is matched with the limiting element. The positioning element has a first position and a second position. The positioning element is located at the limiting portion in response to the positioning element being located at the second position.
PROCESSOR MODULE RETENTION
An apparatus includes a motherboard with a processor socket, a load frame connected to the motherboard adjacent to at least two sides of the processor socket, and a processor retainer rotatably connected to the load frame, the processor retainer being positionable in a closed position, an opened position, and an installation position. The processor retainer extends over the processor socket when the processor retainer is in the closed position.
THERMALLY ISOLATING MOUNTING BOSS
A thermally isolating mounting boss for mechanically and electrically coupling a PCB to a chassis while thermally isolating the PCB from the chassis comprises a base section with a base surface coupled to the chassis and an isolation section comprising a plurality of pillars for thermally isolating the PCB from the chassis. A connector maintains the PCB in contact with the plurality of pillars, wherein the connector and the plurality of pillars form grounding circuits. The small cross-section area of each pillar and the cross-section area of the connector have increased thermal resistance to thermally isolate the PCB from the chassis. The pillars may extend from the base section or may be arranged radially outward of the base section.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE
An electronic device including a chassis, a motherboard, an expansion card and a support. The motherboard is disposed in the chassis. The expansion card includes a circuit board assembly and a fixing plate. The circuit board assembly is fixed to a side of the fixing plate. The circuit board assembly is electrically connected to the motherboard and is fixed to the chassis via the fixing plate. A side of the support supports a side of the circuit board assembly that is located farthest from the fixing plate. A side of the support that is located farthest from the circuit board assembly is fixed to the motherboard and the chassis.
RISER CAGE FASTENERS FOR AN INFORMATION HANDLING SYSTEM
Securing a riser cage and/or electronic components coupled thereto within an information handling system can be accomplished using a riser cage apparatus. The riser cage may be configured to removably secure the electronic components to a surface of the information handling system using one or more fasteners configured to couple the riser cage to a surface of a chassis. The one or more fasteners may comprise a protrusion configured to engage a pin coupled to the surface. The protrusion of the one or more fasteners may be movable relative to the riser cage between a first locked position in which the pin coupled to the surface is engaged by the protrusion and a second unlocked position in which the pin coupled to the surface is not engaged by the protrusion.
BOARD DEVICE OF SINGLE BOARD COMPUTER
A board device of a single board computer includes a baseboard with front and back areas; at least one small outline dual in-line memory module installed in the front area; a processor frame installed in the front area and having a size of a LGA 1200 processor socket; a cooling module combined with the processor frame and installed in the front area and having a size of a cooling module of a LGA 2011 processor socket; and a bottom frame portion disposed in the back area. The four locking members are passed through the four board holes of the baseboard to lock the bottom frame portion and the cooling module to the baseboard. The four board holes have a hole distance complying with the hole distance specification of the four slots of the cooling module of the LGA 2011 processor socket.
MOTHERBOARD
A motherboard including a main circuit board, a first connector, a power circuit board and a second connector. The first connector is disposed on the main circuit board. A periphery of the power circuit board is spaced apart from a periphery of the main circuit board. The second connector is disposed on the power circuit board. The first cable electrically connects the first connector with the second connector.
TRAY AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE
A tray is detachably assembled to a chassis. The chassis includes a first chassis guide post. The tray includes a tray body, a handle and a first sliding piece. The tray body includes a side wall and a through slot disposed on the side wall. The handle is pivotally connected to the side wall and includes a handle guide post. The first sliding piece includes a first groove and a second groove. The handle guide post is disposed in the through slot and the first groove. The first chassis guide post is detachably disposed in the second groove.
