A system for aiding in the probation, parole, and social reentry of a justice-involved person (JIP) is provided. The system may be used by both the probation and parole officers, and other justice team members (referred to generally as the justice team), as well as the justice-involved person to better connect JIPs to local services and for engagement and progress tracking.

An intelligent assistant of a computing system receives a first message from a first client device. The computing system interfaces with calendar servers associated with electronic calendars associated with the possible attendees to retrieve calendar information for each possible attendee. The computing system analyzes the calendar information to identify a plurality of possible time slots for the calendar event. The computing system prompts the target user to select a time slot by sending the target user a message comprising the plurality of possible time slots. The computing system receives a selection of the time slot from the plurality of possible time slots from the target user via a reply message. The computing system identifies a subset of possible attendees associated with the time slot. The computing system, in real-time, schedules the calendar event comprising the target user and the subset of possible attendees.

The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for matching electronic activities with record objects based on entity relationships. The method can include accessing a plurality of electronic activities, identifying an electronic activity, identifying a first participant associated with a first entity and a second participant associated with a second entity, determining whether a record object identifier is included in the electronic activity, identifying a first record object of the system of record that includes an instance of the record object identifier, and storing an association between the electronic activity and the first record object. The method can include determining a second record object corresponding to the second entity, identifying, using a matching policy, a third record object linked to the second record object and identifying a third entity, and storing, by the one or more processors, an association between the electronic activity and the third record object.

An apparatus is provided for selecting an electronic calendar from a plurality of available electronic calendars for saving of an event for a user. The apparatus comprises a data storage storing user-specific inferences pertaining to the user; and a calendar suggestion module. The calendar suggestion module is configured to: apply semantic analysis to an indication of an event received at the apparatus; access the data storage to identify a user-specific inference that is relevant to the received event based on the semantic analysis; and using the relevant user-specific inference, select a calendar from the plurality of calendars to which the event should be stored. A corresponding method and computer program are also provided.

Provided are a method and apparatus for providing a counseling service. A method of operating a counseling center server interworking with an instant messaging service includes providing a profile of at least one expert account for counseling linked to a channel of a second user to a terminal of a first user, identifying an initiation condition for a counseling ticket for counseling with a first expert account, creating a counseling ticket to be allocated to the first expert account, and transmitting counseling content through a chat room for counseling of the channel in which the first expert account and an account of the first user participate.

A specialized server within a real estate showing management system creates a showing appointment for a showing agent to show a listing and a set of geo-fences around the listing when the appointment is created. At a particular time before the showing, the specialized server notifies a showing agent mobile device to download the set of geo-fences and, when requested, provides the set to the mobile device. The mobile device notifies the specialized server when it breaches a geo-fence within the set. When a showing agent is late for a showing appointment, the specialized server automatically reschedules a subsequent showing appointment by an adjusted rescheduling time. The subsequent showing appointment is for the same listing by a different showing agent or a different listing by the same showing agent. Notifications about the rescheduled subsequent showing appointment are also sent to parties.

A method and device for automatic meeting detection and analysis. A mobile electronic device includes multiple sensors configured to selectively capture sensor data. A classifier is configured to analyze the sensor data to detect a meeting zone for a meeting with multiple participants. A processor device is configured to control the multiple sensors and the classifier to trigger sensor data capture.

Aspects described herein may provide determination of a pedestrian route for a user to reach a seating area inside of a venue. Financial transaction data of the user may be reviewed to determine the user purchased one or more tickets to an event at the venue. Information regarding the event or the venue may be determined including seating charts for the venue and whether the tickets are for assigned or unassigned seats. Crowd densities inside and outside of the venue may be determined. The pedestrian route may be determined based on the crowd densities, number of tickets, and type of seating. The route may be updated as conditions change including any change to the crowd densities or change to seating availability. The route may increase a likelihood that the user reaches the seating area prior to a start of the event, and in a less stressful manner.

A method and system for managing, in real time and over time includes an electronic device with at least a processor, a memory and a display coupled to the processor and at least one network connection and an interactive management tool coupled to the electronic device. The interactive management tool includes features for managing captured leads such as Email Alerts, Exporting, Labels, Syncing, Value, and Mobility. Also provided is a method for utilizing the system to capture leads and to interactively manage the same. A computer-implemented method comprises, obtaining a digital calendar item for an event, determining, that the event has begun, and in response to determining that the event has begun, accessing a location and determining which of the participants are present for the event, determining, during the event, that one participant shared a digital data item with the other participants or as part of the event, and in response to determining that the participant shared the digital data item, at least transiently storing a reference or link to the digital data item, determining that the event has ended, and in response to determining that the event has ended, updating the digital calendar item by adding the reference or link.
