The second wires of the second bond via array are of a second height greater than the first height for coupling of at least one die to the first bond via array at least partially disposed within the second bond via array.

A first end of the wire bond wire is ball bonded with a ball bond for direct contact with an upper surface of the copper pad. A second end of the wire bond wire is stitch bonded with a stitch bond to the contact.
