Battery housing for a drive battery
A battery housing for a drive battery, comprising at least one housing shell, wherein the housing shell is formed at least partially or fully from a thermoplastic, wherein the housing shell has a receiving region for insertion of a drive battery, wherein the housing shell has a wall, wherein the wall has a two-layer or multi-layer sandwich structure, wherein at least a first layer of the sandwich structure, at least in some sections, is distanced from a second layer of the sandwich structure such that a wall cavity is formed between the first layer and the second layer, and wherein the wall cavity is designed to store a cooling medium.
HEAT EXCHANGER FOR BATTERY COOLING
A heat exchanger for battery cooling is provided to improve an efficiency of cooling of the current heat exchangers. The heat exchanger for battery cooling comprises an upper housing with a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet, a lower housing capable of hermetically connecting with the upper housing to form a chamber for accommodating fluid. The fluid flows into the chamber through the fluid inlet and then exits through the fluid outlet. The fluid chamber is provided with at least one S-shaped fluid directing element with several through holes. With the S-shape directing elements within the fluid chamber and the through holes formed on the directing elements, fluid can flow in an injecting manner within the chamber to realize effective cooling of the upper housing.
UV COATING FOR DIELECTRIC INSULATION
A UV curable dielectric coating is described. The curable coating can include one of more acrylate monomers, a urethane prepolymer, a crosslinker, at least one adhesion promoter, a photoinitiator, and optionally one or more fillers and/or additives. The coating can be used to insulate battery cells and battery packs, such as those used in electric vehicles. The coatings can be easily applied and quickly cured. The cured coatings can have high adhesion strength, even after exposure to wet conditions.
Battery cassette
A battery cassette is disclosed. The battery cassette may include a frame including one or more hollow tubes. The battery cassette may further include a seal component having one or more hollow tubes aligned with the hollow tubes of the frame. The frame and the seal component may be configured to receive one or more battery cells in the hollow tubes.

DEVICE FOR THERMAL REGULATION OF AT LEAST ONE ELECTRICAL COMPONENT
Thermal regulation device intended for at least one electrical component whose temperature must be regulated, the thermal regulation device including at last a housing, a cover affixed to said housing and a first circuit, configured to allow circulation of a dielectric fluid. The housing includes at least a plurality of lateral walls delimiting an internal volume of the housing in which at least the electrical component extends. The first circuit includes at least one dielectric fluid supply duct formed between the housing and the lid, at least one of the lateral walls and/or the bottom wall having at least one orifice for spraying the dielectric fluid into the internal volume, which is fluidically connected at least to the supply duct.

BATTERY PACK
A battery pack includes: battery cells each including first and second end portions that are opposite each other in a length direction; a case providing an accommodation space in which each battery cell and a cooling fluid for cooling the battery cell are located, the case including a first cover covering the first end portion of the battery cell, the first cover including a first terminal hole through which the first end portion of the battery cell is partially exposed; and first and second sealing members doubly surrounding the first terminal hole from an outside of the first terminal hole to block a cooling fluid leakage passage formed through the first terminal hole. Therefore, while improving heat-dissipating performance, a cooling fluid sealing structure may be provided to the battery pack to prevent cooling fluid leakage from the accommodation space in which the battery cells are accommodated.
BATTERY MODULE AND BATTERY PACK INCLUDING THE SAME
A battery module includes a battery cell stack in which a plurality of battery cells are stacked, a module frame for housing the battery cell stack, and an end plate for covering the front and rear surfaces of the battery cell stack and coupled to the module frame, wherein the end plate is formed of an insulating material.
Exterior Thermal Battery Cover
Exterior thermal battery-cover for a battery housing characterised in that the cover comprises at least a thermal insulating layer with a thermal resistance (R-value) of at least 0.070 m.sup.2.Math.K/W, preferably with a thermal resistance of at least 0.078 m.sup.2.Math.K/W and whereby the thermal insulating layer is at least one of a fibrous layer, an open cell foam layer or closed cell foam layer.
