TERMINAL FOR CONNECTING ELECTRIC WIRES AND CONNECTOR USING THE SAME
A terminal for connecting electric wires and a connector using the same provide a terminal which includes a main body part having a band shape, a first connection part, and a second connection part and in which the first and second connection parts are curved at a right angle to each other so that electric wires are connected in the state in which the electric wires are intersected and arranged at a right angle to each other. Accordingly, a flow of a current can be branched through a simple terminal structure. As a result, a current can be supplied to various supply places through the minimum part.

Spring Clip and Connector For a Flat Flexible Cable
A spring clip has a first beam and a second beam connected to the first beam. The second beam is resiliently deflectable toward the first beam from a relaxed position distal from the first beam to a compressed position proximal to the first beam. The second beam has a spring latch disposed at an end of the second beam and extending toward the first beam. The spring latch engages the first beam to secure the second beam in the compressed position.

Detection System
A detection system includes an imaging device and a control device connected in communication with the imaging device. The imaging device captures a 3D image of a connector including a housing, a terminal, and a cable. The control device calculates a height of a connection end of the cable crimped to the terminal relative to a bottom surface of the housing according to the 3D image.
Method of manufacturing terminal-equipped electrical wire and terminal-equipped electrical wire
A method of manufacturing a terminal-equipped electrical wire includes: inserting a core-wire exposed part of a core wire of an electrical wire at a terminal between inner wall surfaces of a pair of piece parts of a terminal fitting including a core-wire connection body formed of a bottom part and the piece parts protruding from both ends of the bottom part, and placing the core-wire exposed part on an inner wall surface of the bottom part; melting the core-wire exposed part and the core-wire connection body by emitting a laser beam to the core-wire exposed part and the core-wire connection body from a free end side of each piece part; and fixing the core-wire exposed part and the core-wire connection body melted by the laser beam, with the emission of the laser beam stopped.

Modular communications plug
A modular communications plug is disclosed having a simplified design that allows for more efficient termination of a cable into the plug. The plug includes modular components that are applicable to different applications.
PLUG CONNECTOR FOR FLEXIBLE CONDUCTOR FILMS
A plug connector for flexible conductor films having film-insulated conductors, includes a plug connector housing in which at least one plug contact element is arranged, and a connection region in which blades electrically conductively connected to the at least one plug contact element penetrate and fix at least one film-insulated conductor and produce an electrical contact. The plug connector housing includes two housing parts which can be pushed into one another, of which the first housing part supports the blades and the at least one plug contact element electrically conductively connected thereto, and the second housing part receives and supports the flexible conductor film and has the at least one blade receptacle which is adapted to the blades and whose boundary surfaces are designed such that the at least a part of the blades is bent towards the film-insulated conductor when the two housing parts are pushed into one another.
Electrical plug connector
An electrical plug connector includes a metallic shell, an insulated housing, a plurality of plug terminals, a plurality of tooth portions, and a wire organizer. The insulated housing is received in the metallic shell. The plug terminals are held at the insulated housing. Each of the power terminal and the ground terminal of the plug terminals includes a clamping structure. Each of the tooth portions is extending from rear of the corresponding plug terminal. The wire organizer is assembled to the insulated housing. Each of the tooth portions is inserted into the corresponding wire groove of the wire organizer to connect to a corresponding wire when the wires held in the wire organizer are pressed against the tooth portions. Each power and ground terminals may include either a single one or a pair of flexible contact portions.
