The present disclosure may provide a method of operating a terminal based on a plurality of networks in a wireless communication system. Herein, the method of operating the terminal may include establishing a connection with a public land mobile network (PLMN), determining whether or not to simultaneously access the PLMN and non-public networks (NPN), transmitting, to the NPN, indication information indicating a simultaneous access request for the PLMN and the NPN, receiving, from the NPN, supported PLMN list information, and when the connected PLMN is included in the supported PLMN list information, accessing the NPN through a packet data unit (PDU) session of the PLMN. Herein, a supported PLMN list may be a list which is determined according to whether or not a quality of service (QoS) is supported based on a service level agreement (SLA) between the PLMN and the NPN.
WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM LINKING METHOD AND WIRELESS COMMUNICATION SYSTEM CONTROLLER
The present disclosure provides a wireless communication system cooperation method appropriate for cooperation between a mobile communication system and a wireless LAN system involving priority control. In a communication area of 5G, a 5QI representing communication quality is allocated to a service data flow, and the communication of the service data flow is performed via a base station so that the communication quality is realized. A priority condition corresponding to 5QI is set for a frequency resource of the wireless LAN (step 100). When the wireless terminal UE to be protected is handed over to the wireless LAN (step 102), a priority condition set based on 5QI is instructed to the access point (step 106). Thereafter, the access point performs communication of the service data flow according to the priority condition.
Methods, System and Access Point of a WLAN for Handling a Wireless Device Connected to an Access Point
Disclosed is a method performed by an access point, AP (120), of a WLAN (125), for handling a wireless device (140) connected to the AP (120). The method comprises obtaining information on signal quality of signals sent between the AP (120) and the wireless device (140), and when the obtained information on signal quality reveals that the signal quality is below a signal quality threshold, determining a current value of a wireless device characteristic. The method further comprises obtaining, from a pre-emptive handover system (150), an estimation of a likelihood of the wireless device (140) disconnecting from the WLAN for the current value of the wireless device characteristic, wherein the likelihood was determined from statistical information of earlier handling of the wireless device (140) by the AP (120) for different values of the wireless device characteristics. Further, when the received estimation of likelihood is above a likelihood threshold, accelerating a handover process of the wireless device (140) connection from the AP (120) to a network node (130) of a cellular communication network (100).
Connection recovery method for recovering a connection between a communications apparatus and a data network and the associated communications apparatus
A connection recovery method for recovering a connection between a communications apparatus and a data network includes: receiving a first message indicating a non-3GPP access from the 3GPP network device in a CM-IDLE state in the non-3GPP access network; transmitting a second message to the 3GPP network device via 5GMM protocol over 3GPP control plane to establish the user plane resources for the non-3GPP PDU session; receiving a third message indicating that the user plane resources cannot be reestablished; and transmitting to the 3GPP network device a service request message via the 5GMM protocol over the 3GPP Internet PDU session of 3GPP user plane to reestablish the user plane resources, or a PDU session establishment request message via 5GSM protocol over the 3GPP control plane to handover the non-3GPP PDU session from the non-3GPP access network to the 3GPP access network in response to the third message.

WWAN-WLAN AGGREGATION SECURITY
One feature pertains to a method for secure wireless communication at an apparatus of a network. The method includes receiving a user equipment identifier identifying a user equipment and a cryptographic key from a wireless wide area network node, and using the cryptographic key as a pairwise master key (PMK). A PMK identifier (PKMID) is generated based on the PMK and the two are stored at the network. A PMK security association is initialized by associating the PMK with at least the PMKID and an access point identifier identifying an access point of the apparatus. An association request is received that includes a PMKID from the user equipment, and it's determined that the PMKID received from the user equipment matches the PMKID stored. A key exchange is initiated with the user equipment based on the PMK to establish a wireless local area network security association with the user equipment.
