Wherein, the method for regulating the temperature of the magnetron includes: determining an anode current flowing through the magnetron or an input power of a variable-frequency power supply or an anode voltage applied to two ends of the magnetron, the input power or an output power of the variable-frequency power supply being configured to drive the magnetron to operate; regulating the output power of the variable-frequency power supply according to the anode current or the input power or the anode voltage.

Disclosed herein is a high-power device for supplying a radiofrequency electromagnetic field to a waveguide. The device comprises a magnetron configured to supply a radiofrequency electromagnetic field to a waveguide and a control unit configured to control the magnetron to output radiofrequency energy to the waveguide. The magnetron comprises a high voltage pulse connection enclosed in an enclosure, a heater connection configured to allow an electrical connection to penetrate the enclosure and a mechanism configured to transmit data between the magnetron and the control unit.
Magnetron filter board for microwave oven
A magnetron filter board for a microwave oven is disclosed. In embodiments, the magnetron filter board includes a printed circuit board with a first trace and a second trace on the printed circuit board. The first trace includes a first end for connecting to a magnetron and a second end for connecting to a power supply unit. The second trace also includes a first end for connecting to the magnetron and a second end for connecting to the power supply unit. The first trace and the second trace can be configured as a radio frequency band-gap filter that mitigates noise associated with the connection between the magnetron and the power supply unit.

An electromagnetic wave shielding film having a wireless energy conversion function is disclosed, which is attached to an exterior surface of the door of a microwave oven and used to absorb electromagnetic waves released by the microwave oven during operation. The electromagnetic wave shielding film comprises: a substrate carrier; a first substrate layer, provided on one side of the substrate carrier, where a wireless energy conversion unit is provided in the first substrate layer and is used to receive the electromagnetic waves and covert the electromagnetic waves to DC electrical energy; and an optically variable assembly, provided on the other side of the substrate carrier, where the optically variable assembly comprises an electrochromic layer and an electrode layer; the electrode layer is used to receive the DC electrical energy from the wireless energy conversion unit and drive the electrochromic layer to change its light transmission property.

The present invention discloses a method of controlling transmitting frequencies of microwave source, which includes the following steps of: a) collecting reflection frequencies of a load according to a pre-set sampling rate; b) calculating a change rate of the reflection frequencies collected in the step a; c) setting a reflection frequency threshold and a change rate threshold; d) comparing the reflection frequencies and the change rate with the reflection frequency threshold and the change rate threshold respectively; wherein if the reflection frequencies or the change rate is less than the threshold goes to step e or returns to the step a; e) sending control signals to the microwave source and tuning the transmitting frequencies; and f) returning to step a. The present invention also discloses a microwave transmission system thereof. The present invention can be applied in controlling microwave source consists of single magnetron tube or multiple magnetron tubes.
DETECTING SPARK-OVERS DURING A MICROWAVE TREATMENT PROCESS OF A DOMESTIC MICROWAVE APPLIANCE
In a method for detecting spark-overs in a treatment compartment of a household microwave appliance during a microwave treatment process, a setting value of a microwave operating parameter can be varied during the microwave treatment process. During the microwave treatment process, measurement values of a leakage radiation are measured several times in succession under same setting values of the microwave operating parameter, and a spark-over is detected when a fluctuation range of the measurement values achieves or exceeds a predetermined fluctuation range.
Over-the-range microwave oven and method of using the same
An over-the-range microwave oven including a duct unit configured to direct air from the back of the oven to the front and further includes an integrated duct module. The duct unit includes: a first panel at the bottom, a pair of second panels forming both lateral side surfaces of the duct unit. Water vapor generated from food being cooked flows along an enclosed flow path and thus is unaffected by the exhaust air flow. A humidity sensor is disposed on the first panel and operable to detect water vapor in the cooking unit.

A packing member having a structure capable of reliably extinguishing a fire generated in a cooking apparatus and a cooking apparatus having the packing member are provided. The packing member for packing components of a cooking apparatus includes a flange formed by bending at least one side thereof. The flange is provided to cover at least a portion of an inlet formed at one side of the cooking apparatus to allow external air to be introduced into the cooking apparatus when the packing member is received in the cooking apparatus or at least a portion of an outlet formed to allow air in the cooking apparatus to be discharged.
