ELECTRONIC DEVICE

An electronic device, including a circuit board and a back plate, is provided. The circuit board has a first opening. The back plate includes a bottom portion, a protruding portion, and a column. The protruding portion protrudes from the bottom portion, and the column is located on the protruding portion. In a first direction, the column has a first outer diameter and a second outer diameter. A first width of the first opening is less than the first outer diameter and greater than the second outer diameter to limit the movement of the circuit board. The electronic device of the disclosure limits the movement of the circuit board through the column of the back plate, so as to reduce the number of screws used, thereby achieving the effects of reducing costs and/or reducing man-hours for locking the screws.

The printed board including a plurality of terminal holes that respectively correspond to the plurality of external terminals. The printed board is disposed on the front surface of the case via the positioning member. The plurality of external terminals of the semiconductor module are respectively attached to the plurality of terminal holes.

A power electronic assembly with a sleeve that has a virtual longitudinal axis and a circuit carrier. The sleeve has a tube-shaped plug-in section which runs around the longitudinal axis, and a first base section arranged at a first end of the plug-in section and runs around the longitudinal axis and extends away from the longitudinal axis. The first base section has at its end a flat first contact surface which runs around the longitudinal axis in a closed manner and which runs in a first plane which runs perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. The first base section has an edge surface which runs around the longitudinal axis in a closed manner and the first base section has a second contact surface which runs from the first contact surface and away from the first plane in the direction towards the edge surface.

A card fastener comprises a frame comprising a first arm, a second arm, and an intermediate portion joining the first arm and the second arm. A compressive pad is attached to the intermediate portion. The first arm and second arm are to couple to hooks on a printed circuit board of a device and the compressive pad is to come in contact with the card.

A height of the plurality of bumps is greater than a depth of the at least one recess. When viewed in a direction perpendicular to the first surface, a part of the electronic component is located outside an outer periphery of any recess selected from the at least one recess.

A power semiconductor module includes: an electrically insulative frame having opposite first and second mounting sides, and a border that defines a periphery of the electrically insulative frame; a first substrate seated in the electrically insulative frame; a plurality of power semiconductor dies attached to the first substrate; a plurality of signal pins attached to the first substrate and electrically connected to the power semiconductor dies; a plurality of busbars attached to the first substrate and extending through the border of the electrically insulative frame; a plurality of fixing positions at the first mounting side of the electrically insulative frame; and a plurality of electrically insulative protrusions jutting out from the second mounting side of the electrically insulative frame, wherein the protrusions are vertically aligned with the fixing positions. Methods of producing the power semiconductor module and power electronic assemblies that incorporate the power semiconductor module are also described.

Printing components to substrate posts

A method of printing comprises providing a component source wafer comprising components, a transfer device, and a patterned substrate. The patterned substrate comprises substrate posts that extend from a surface of the patterned substrate. Components are picked up from the component source wafer by adhering the components to the transfer device. One or more of the picked-up components are printed to the patterned substrate by disposing each of the one or more picked-up components onto one of the substrate posts, thereby providing one or more printed components in a printed structure.

HALF-BRIDGE FOR AN ELECTRIC DRIVE OF AN ELECTRIC VEHICLE OR A HYBRID VEHICLE, POWER MODULE FOR AN INVERTER AND INVERTER

A half-bridge having power connections and signal connections shaped from a leadframe, the signal connections electrically connected to semiconductor switching elements so that they can be switched by the signal connections, and the power connections are electrically connected to the switching elements in so that they switch an electrical power transmission between the power connections. The switching elements are embedded in a modular layer system including a contact-connection plane and a metallization for contact-connecting the switching elements, the signal connections and the power connections are arranged on a first surface of the substrate. The modular layer system, the signal connections and the power connections are potted with a potting compound, and external sections of the power connections and/or signal connections shaped in the leadframe extend out of the potting compound from a second surface orthogonal to the first surface, the external sections having ends that are perpendicular to the first surface.
