Circuit board
The circuit board according to the present invention includes a wiring portion and a non-wiring portion, the wiring portion having a metal layer and a resin layer, the non-wiring portion having a resin layer, the resin layer at a frequency 10 GHZ having a relative permittivity of from 2 to 3 at 23° C., and the circuit hoard satisfying a relationship: (A−B)/B≤0.1 wherein A is the maximum value of the thickness in the wiring portion (μm) and B is the minimum value of the thickness in the non-wiring portion (μm).
Method for manufacturing the same
A circuit board with reduced dielectric losses enabling the movement of high frequency signals includes an inner circuit board and two outer circuit boards. The inner circuit board includes a first conductor layer and a first substrate layer. The first conductor layer includes a signal line and two ground lines on both sides of the signal line. The first substrate layer covers a side of the first conductor layer and defines first through holes which expose the signal line. Each outer circuit board includes a second substrate layer and a second conductor layer. The second substrate layer abuts the inner circuit board and defines second through holes which are not aligned with the first through holes, partially surrounding the signal line with air which has a very low dielectric constant. A method for manufacturing the high-frequency circuit board is also disclosed.
Multilayer board insulating sheet, multilayer board, and method of manufacturing multilayer board
A multilayer board insulating sheet contains a reducing agent.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MULTILAYER PRINTED WIRING BOARD AND MULTILAYER PRINTED WIRING BOARD
A method includes providing a first laminate and a second laminate. The first laminate includes a first conductor layer, a first insulating layer containing polyimide, and a second conductor layer. The second laminate includes a second insulating layer containing polyimide and a third conductor layer. The method further includes: heating each of the first laminate and the second laminate under a condition including a heating temperature equal to or higher than 100° C. and a heating duration equal to or longer than half an hour; and stacking, after heating, the first laminate and the second laminate one on top of the other with a third insulating layer interposed between the second conductor layer and the second insulating layer.
WIRING CIRCUIT BOARD AND METHOD OF PRODUCING THE SAME
A wiring circuit board includes a porous insulating layer, and a first conductive layer sequentially toward one side in the thickness direction. The first conductive layer includes a first signal wire and first ground wires. Each of the first ground wires is thicker than the first signal wire.
CIRCUIT BOARD PREPARATION METHOD
The main technical problem solved by the present disclosure is to provide a circuit board preparation method. The method includes: obtaining a to-be-processed plate comprising an insulating layer, a first copper layer, a second copper layer opposite to the first copper layer, a blind metalized hole, and a first tab facing the blind metalized hole; obtaining a white insulating material; laminating the white insulating material to a surface of the insulating layer, a surface of the first copper layer, a surface of the first tab, and a surface of the second copper layer to form a first white insulating medium layer and a second white insulating medium layer opposite to the first while insulating medium layer; and performing surface polishing for the first white insulating medium layer and grinding the first white insulating medium layer until the first tab is exposed to form a first white reflective layer.
Laminated Component Carrier With a Thermoplastic Structure
A component carrier for carrying at least one electronic component includes (a) a plurality of electrically conductive layers; (b) a plurality of electrically insulating layers; and (c) a thermoplastic structure. The electrically conductive layers, the electrically insulating layers, and the thermoplastic structure form a laminate. Further, a method for manufacturing such a component carrier and an electronic apparatus including such a component carrier are provided.
Reel-to-reel laser ablation methods and devices in FPC fabrication
A reel-to-reel method to laser-ablate a circuitry pattern on the fly in a reel-to-reel machine as part of a process to fabricate a printed flexible circuit. The laser ablation method includes using an appropriate laser to irradiate a metal sheet thus ablating the edges of an intended circuitry pattern. Slugs can be removed by using an optional sacrificial liner, and the slugs can be optionally ablated into smaller parts first. The laser ablation can also include an optional method of creating tie bars to provide structural support to the web of circuitry patterns.
Packaged integrated circuit with interposing functionality and method for manufacturing such a packaged integrated circuit
A packaged integrated circuit includes a core structure with a cavity therein; a component accommodated in the cavity; an electrically insulating structure formed over the core structure and the component; a partially electrically insulating carrier structure formed below the core structure and the component; and an electrically conducting redistribution arrangement formed at least partially within the carrier structure. The redistribution arrangement includes conductor structures each having a first element extending through the carrier structure and electrically connecting a contact of the component and a second element below the carrier structure. A part of the second element is a contact pad for electrically connecting the redistribution arrangement with external circuitry. The carrier structure includes a polyimide layer and an adhesive layer. The adhesive layer is directly attached to an upper surface of the polyimide layer and to a lower surface of the core structure and a lower surface of the component.
