Provided is a light-emitting diode and a method for preparing the same. The light-emitting diode includes an anode, a hole transport layer, a perovskite light-emitting layer, an electron transport layer and a cathode stacked in sequence, in which the perovskite light-emitting layer includes a first sublayer and a second sublayer stacked in sequence, with a material for forming the first sublayer including an inorganic perovskite material, and with a material for forming the second sublayer being an organic perovskite material.

A method of manufacturing a display apparatus includes forming a thin-film transistor on a substrate and forming a planarization layer to cover the thin-film transistor, forming, on the planarization layer, a pixel electrode electrically connected to the thin-film transistor and a pixel defining layer exposing at least a center portion of the pixel electrode, and defining at least one groove having a closed curve shape at a location corresponding to a second non-display area. When the thin-film transistor is formed, a voltage line is also formed at a location corresponding to a first non-display area. When the at least one groove is formed, a portion of the planarization layer disposed between the pad area and the display area is simultaneously removed such that a portion of the voltage line between the pad area and the display area is exposed.

An organic sensor may include the photoelectric conversion device. An electronic device may include the organic sensor.

A substrate (100) is a light-transmitting substrate. A light-transmitting first electrode (110) is formed over the substrate (100). An insulating layer (150) is formed over the substrate (100) and the first electrode (110) and includes an opening (152) overlapping the first electrode (110). An organic layer (120) is located within at least the opening (152). A light-transmitting second electrode (130) is formed over the organic layer (120). An intermediate layer (200) is formed in at least a portion of a region of a lateral side of the first electrode (110) overlapping the first electrode (110). A refractive index of the intermediate layer (200) is between a refractive index of the substrate (100) and a refractive index of the first electrode (110).

Disclosed is a display device including a base layer, a circuit layer including a plurality of transistors spaced apart from each other and disposed on a top of the base layer, a plurality of insulating layers disposed on a top of the base layer, and a plurality of contact electrodes electrically connected to the transistors, respectively, a first light emitting unit disposed on a top of the circuit layer, a second light emitting unit, and a lower protrusion disposed between at least one of the transistors and the second lower electrode, wherein at least one of the contact electrodes is disposed to extend to a top surface of the lower protrusion in the circuit layer while following a shape of the lower protrusion to simplify an etching process of an encapsulation layer.
Composition for organic electronic devices
The present invention relates to a composition which comprises an electron-transporting host and a hole-transporting host, to the use thereof in electronic devices and to electronic devices containing this composition. The electron-transporting host is particularly preferably selected from the class of the triazine-dibenzofuran-carbazole systems or the class of the triazine-dibenzothiophene-carbazole systems. The hole-transporting host is preferably selected from the class of the biscarbazoles.

A color filter is disposed on a substrate. An organic photodiode is disposed on the color filter. The organic photodiode includes an electrode insulating layer having a recess region on the substrate, a first electrode on the color filter, the first electrode filling the recess region of the electrode insulating layer, a second electrode on the first electrode, and an organic photoelectric conversion layer interposed between the first electrode and the second electrode. The first electrode includes a seam extending at a first angle from a side surface of the recess region of the electrode insulating layer.
DISPLAY DEVICE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
It is an object of the present invention to form a pixel electrode and a metal film using one resist mask in manufacturing a stacked structure by forming the metal film over the pixel electrode. A conductive film to be a pixel electrode and a metal film are stacked. A resist pattern having a thick region and a region thinner than the thick region is formed over the metal film using an exposure mask having a semi light-transmitting portion. The pixel electrode, and the metal film formed over part of the pixel electrode to be in contact therewith are formed using the resist pattern. Accordingly, a pixel electrode and a metal film can be formed using one resist mask.

Provided is a transparent conductive film-equipped substrate that makes it difficult for an insulating film provided on a portion from which a transparent conductive film has been removed to peel off. The transparent conductive film-equipped substrate 10 includes a substrate 1 and a transparent conductive film 2 provided on the substrate 1 and subjected to patterning, wherein the transparent conductive film-equipped substrate is made up so that: a removal region A1 where the transparent conductive film 2 has been removed by patterning, a non-removal region A2 where the transparent conductive film is left unremoved, and a boundary region A3 provided between the removal region A1 and the non-removal region A2 are formed on the substrate 1; and the boundary region A3 is formed with insular portions 2b in which the transparent conductive film 2 is formed in insular shapes.
