A display device comprising a first receiving layer and a second receiving layer located onto and in direct planar contact with the first receiving layer; a first support later and a second support layer located onto and in direct planar contact with the first support layer; and a sleeve for receiving the first and second receiving layers and first and second support layers.

MULTILAYER COMPOSITE INTERIOR COMPONENT

Provided is a multilayer composite interior component, in which boundary protrusions (20b) aligned in a row on both sides of a parting line (L) are arranged in a staggered manner so as to bend toward the boundary protrusions (20b) in the row opposite thereto. In this way, even when the boundary protrusions (20b) are separated from the parting line (L) by a predetermined distance (g1, g2) in order to maintain the strength of a divided mold, the boundary protrusions (20b ) bend and deform so as to fill in an empty part in the vicinity of the parting line (L) when a surface layer member (16) is pressed by fingers or a hand. As a result, a feeling of unevenness resulting from decreases in reaction force in the vicinity of the parting line (L) is minimized, thus making it possible to obtain a more uniform texture.

COMPOSITE MATERIAL WITH INSERT-MOLDED ATTACHMENT STEEL

Component plies having widthwise spaced apart ply first and second sides and ply edges therebetween. Component mounted on a spar which includes a shank extending heightwise into the composite component, tab at upper end of shank and substantially or fully embedded in the composite component, and tab tip. Ply edges of at least a first portion of the plies directly or indirectly contacting or pressing against the tab. Ply edges of at least a second portion of the plies may directly or indirectly contact or press against the tab tip. Ply edges of first portion may press against one or more indented or recessed surfaces in the tab. The composite article may be a composite blade or vane including a composite airfoil.

Method for coating a mechanical member, and mechanical member thus coated
09739545 · 2017-08-22 · ·

A method for coating a mechanical member provided with at least a support plate and one or more tubular elements attached in through manner to the support plate. The method comprises a first coating step, in which an external surface of the support plate is coated with a first layer of plastic material, and a second coating step in which a terminal portion of the internal surface of the tubular elements is coated with a multi-layer coating. In the second coating step the multi-layer coating is made by depositing in sequence one on top of the other a plurality of layers of plastic material, each of which is deposited partly in correspondence with the terminal portion of the internal surface of the relative tubular element and partly in correspondence with the surface of the first layer of the external surface of the support plate.

Formed web comprising chads
