LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY DEVICE
A liquid crystal display device is provided. A liquid crystal display device comprising, a substrate, and a pixel electrode disposed on the substrate, wherein the pixel electrode includes first cutout portions, which are disposed along edges of the pixel electrode, and second cutout portions, which are disposed closer than the first cutout portions to a center of the pixel electrode, and each of the second cutout portions includes first and second extensions, which extend in different directions and are connected to each other.
Mask, display panel, and electronic equipment
A mask, a display panel, and an electronic equipment are provided. The mask allows an opening pattern to be moved to a side of a repeat region. Based on this structure, the display panels with the same resolution and different sizes may use the masks with the same size, and differences between these masks are merely different distances between the opening patterns and edges of the repeat regions, thus solving at least one technical problem existing in conventional 8K electronic equipment that the masks with the different sizes require to be manufactured for the display panels with the different sizes.
GOA circuit and display panel
The present application provides a GOA circuit and a display panel. In the GOA circuit, one of two GOA units of a same stage in GOA sub circuits at left and right sides of the display panel is deployed only with an all-on module and the other one of the two GOA units is deployed only with an all-off module. In such a way, both the number of the all-on modules and the number of the all-off modules required in the GOA unit are halved, thereby reducing the area occupied by the GOA circuit. It is beneficial for realizing a display panel with a narrow bezel.
FILM-FORMING APPARATUS AND FILM-FORMING METHOD
A film-forming apparatus is provided. The film-forming apparatus includes: a head connected to an evaporation source and having a plurality of opening portions; and a heater wound around the head. The heater has a first region at a side of the evaporation source and a second region at an opposite side of the first region from the evaporation source. The heater is arranged ununiformly in comparison between the first region and the second region. Furthermore, a film-forming method by using this film-forming apparatus is provided.
SEMICONDUCTOR DEVICE, MEMORY DEVICE, AND DISPLAY SYSTEM
A novel semiconductor device or a highly reliable semiconductor device is provided. The on/off state of a transistor which functions as a switch for writing data is controlled using the potential of a potential hold portion. The potential of the potential hold portion is controlled using a plurality of capacitors, whereby both a positive potential and a negative potential can be held in the potential hold portion. Accordingly, deterioration of the transistor which functions as the switch for writing data can be prevented and the characteristics of the transistor can be maintained. Therefore, the highly reliable semiconductor device can be provided.
Display Device and Electronic Device
A display device with a narrow bezel is provided. The display device includes a pixel circuit and a driver circuit provided on one plane. The driver circuit includes a selection circuit and a buffer circuit. The buffer circuit includes a first transistor and a second transistor. Sources of the first and second transistors are electrically connected with each other. Drains of the first and second transistors are electrically connected with each other. Gates of the first and second transistors are electrically connected with each other. The first transistor and the second transistor are stacked so that the direction of the current flow in the first transistor is parallel to that in the second transistor.

A liquid-crystal display including: a gate line extending in a first direction; a gate electrode protruding from the gate line; a gate insulating layer arranged on the gate electrode; an active layer arranged on the gate insulating layer while being insulated from the gate electrode; a data line arranged on the active layer and extending in a second direction; a source electrode protruding from the data line, having a portion overlapping the gate electrode on a plane, and including a plurality of source electrode branches that are separate from each other; a drain electrode being separate from the source electrode, and including a plurality of drain electrode branches, each being arranged between two of the plurality of source electrode branches, and a drain electrode connecting part connecting the plurality of drain electrode branches; a pixel electrode defining a pixel region; a liquid-crystal layer arranged on the pixel electrode.
DISPLAY DEVICE
A display device includes: a first substrate and a second substrate disposed facing each other; a gate line and a first data line disposed on the first substrate; a thin film transistor connected to the gate line and the first data line; a pixel electrode connected to the thin film transistor; and a color filter disposed on at least one of the first substrate and the second substrate, the color filter overlapping the pixel electrode. The color filter has a width greater than a distance between the the first data line and a second data line disposed adjacent to the first data line.
Electro-optical device and electronic apparatus
An electro-optical device includes one or more control lines that include a scanning line, a data line and a pixel circuit. The pixel circuit has a drive transistor, a write-in transistor with a gate which is electrically connected to the scanning line, a light-emitting element that emits light at a brightness that depends on the size of a current that is supplied through the drive transistor, and a control line which overlaps the gate of the drive transistor when viewed from a direction that is perpendicular to a surface of a substrate on which the pixel circuit is formed is included in the one or more control lines.

A display device includes a first switching element including a second electrode and a first gate electrode, a second switching element including a third electrode connected with the first gate electrode, a third switching element including a fifth electrode connected with the second electrode, and sixth electrode, a fourth switching element including a seventh electrode connected with the second electrode, and an eighth electrode, a fifth switching element including a ninth electrode connected with the second electrode, and a tenth electrode, a first light emitting diode connected with the sixth electrode and the eighth electrode, a second light emitting diode connected with the eighth electrode and the sixth electrode, and a switch selectively connecting a common power source line with the sixth electrode or the eighth electrode. The first light emitting diode and the second light emitting diode have different polarities from each other with respect to a same direction.
