Engaging Tool
A system and method for an engaging tool. Removing debris, trees and clearing land and paths requires the use of specific tool and machinery. To grind, break and shred wood, the machines must be fitted with proper attachments and engaging tools. One tool includes a front a front face and a back face connected by two opposing side faces and an opposing top face and base face. The front face has a concave shape and an outer channel which extends inwardly into the front face. The front face also has a tube a tube extending outwardly from said front face. The tube is located within the outer channel.
Impact crusher
An impact crusher for grinding and separating solid material has a base and a rotor on the base having an upright shaft defining an upright rotor axis about which the rotor is rotatable and a plurality of vertically spaced and radially horizontally outwardly extending plates each having an outer periphery. A drum fixed on the base spacedly surrounds the rotor. An array of axially extending and angularly substantially equispaced replaceable ribs is provided on an inner surface of the drum. A respective plurality of impact hammers are angularly substantially equispaced around the outer periphery of each of the disks. Respective mounting pivots support the hammers on the outer peripheries of the plates for pivoting about respective hammer axes parallel to the rotor axis so that rotation of the rotor grinds material between the hammers and the ribs. Formations between the mounting pivots and the respective disks enable radial adjustment and fixing of the hammer axes relative to the rotor axis.
WASTE TREATMENT DEVICE AND RELATED MOUNTING METHOD
A waste treatment device for separating recyclable material from other waste comprising: —a first substantially cylindrical cavity inside which the waste to be treated is introduced; —a shaft, rotating about its axis, in the centre of the cylindrical cavity; —screening meshes which separate the cylindrical cavity from a second underlying cavity inside which waste material is collected; —hammers attached at a first end to the shaft so as to be able to rotate in a plane perpendicular to the axis of rotation of the shaft. The hammers are provided with a respective scraper terminating in an edge remaining directed in a direction substantially parallel to the axis of the rotating shaft and projecting longitudinally beyond the end of the hammer so as to pass at a nominal minimum distance from the screening mesh. A related mounting method for a waste treatment device is also disclosed.
Apparatus and method for forming nanoparticles
Certain aspects of the technology disclosed herein include an apparatus and method for forming nanoparticles. The method includes a mechanical milling process induced by aerodynamic, centrifugal, and centripetal forces and further augmented by ultrasound, magnetic pulse, and high voltage impact. A nanoparticle mill having an atmospheric and luminance controlled environment can form precisely calibrated nanoparticles. A nanoparticle mill can include first aerodynamic vane configured to rotate around a central axis of the nanoparticle mill in a first direction, and a second aerodynamic vane configured to rotate around the central axis in a second direction. An aerodynamic shape of an aerodynamic vane can be configured to cause particles within the nanoparticle mill to flow around the aerodynamic vane. The nanoparticle mill can include a primary product line, a nanoparticle sampling line, a particle programming array, a solidifying chamber, or any combination thereof.
Hammermill system, hammer and method
Various embodiments of a hammermill system, hammer, and methods are disclosed. A hammermill hammer comprises a metal composite comprising a plurality of inserts and a body portion disposed between each of the plurality of inserts. The composition of the plurality of inserts is different than composition of the body portion. The material of the plurality of inserts has a greater abrasion resistance than the material of the body portion and the material of the body portion has a greater impact resistance than the material of the inserts. The hammers produced have improved wear resistance and longer useful life compared to conventional hammermill hammers.
Crusher
An erecting angle regulating part 50 is provided to regulate an erecting direction upper limit angle θl of a crushing hammer 13 at a predetermined angle (e.g., approximately 50°) during driving of a rotary drive shaft 17.
Multi-connector hammer
The various embodiments disclosed and pictured illustrate a multi-connector hammer for comminuting various materials. The illustrative embodiments pictured and described herein are primarily for use with a rotatable hammermill assembly. The multi-connector hammer includes a connection portion having a rod hole therein, a contact portion for delivery of energy to the material to be comminuted, and a multi-connector neck portion affixing the connection portion to the contact portion. In other embodiments, a shoulder is positioned around the periphery of the rod hole for added strength. In still other embodiments, a neck reinforcement is positioned along a portion of the neck for increased strength. A weld or plurality of welds may be affixed to various surfaces of the contact portion to aide in comminuting and/or longevity of the multi-connector hammer.
Crusher
A crusher having a substantially tubular casing, closed in an upper region by a cover and in a lower region by a base. The crusher also includes a rotating shaft, which is internal and coaxial to the casing, with multiple supporting elements, each element for supporting a number of crushing elements, being keyed to the shaft. The crushing elements have circular trajectories with a circumference that at least partially increases from the upper region toward the lower region of the crusher.
CHIP SEPARATOR FOR SEPARATING CLUSTERS OF CHIPS
A chip separator configured to disentangle clusters of chips in a collection tank is disclosed. The chip separator includes a horizontal plate having a first surface and a second surface opposite the first surface, a motor assembly coupled to the first surface of the horizontal plate; and a pulverizer operably coupled to the motor assembly and disposed away from the second surface of the horizontal plate by a distance. The pulverizer includes a base plate and a plurality of pulverizer attachments operably coupled to the base plate. The motor assembly is configured to rotate the pulverizer such that the plurality of pulverizer attachments of the pulverizer disentangles clusters of chips disposed in the collection tank.
Hammer
The various embodiments disclosed and pictured illustrate a hammer for comminuting various materials. The embodiments pictured and described herein are primarily for use with a rotatable hammermill assembly. The double end hammer includes a connection portion having a slot therein and two contact ends for delivery of energy to the material to be comminuted. The contact ends may be formed with a cavity therein. The contact ends may also be formed with an angle on the contact end periphery. The cavity and/or the angle on the contact end periphery may be used with hammers other than the double end hammers.
