BUMPER LENS UNIT OF A VEHICLE
Bumper lens unit of a vehicle, the bumper lens unit comprising a frame panel; a lens, the lens comprising a composite material which is transparent, the composite material comprising a resin and fibers, in which the refractive index of the resin matches with a refractive index of the fibers, in which nano-particles interphases are arranged around the fibers, a refractive index of the nano-particles interphases is between the refractive index of the resin and the refractive index of the fibers; a structural adhesive, the frame panel and the lens are bonded to each other by the structural adhesive whereby a front wall of the bumper lens unit is flush in the vicinity of a junction between the frame panel and the lens.
Holding device of a lighting module of a lighting unit, lighting module, and lighting unit of a vehicle
A holding device of a lighting module of a lighting unit of a vehicle, comprising a securing section for securing the holding device to the rest of the lighting module and a bearing section for supporting the holding device on a bearing pin of the lighting unit, wherein the bearing section has at least one lock which forms a locking connection together with the bearing pin when the holding device is assembled, and wherein the lock is designed such that the locking connection simultaneously forms a joint which enables the lighting module to rotate about a longitudinal axis of the bearing pin. A lighting module and a lighting unit of a vehicle are also provided.
VEHICLE LIGHT UNIT
The invention relates to a vehicle light unit with a primary light device including a primary light module arranged in a primary housing, a secondary light device including a secondary light module arranged in a secondary housing, a primary part with a first portion and a second portion, the second portion being transparent, a secondary part with a first portion and a second portion, the second portion being transparent, and a logo. One of the primary part or secondary part includes an indexing device to position the primary part or secondary part relative to the other part with one of the primary part or secondary part partially overlapping the other part. The light unit further including a mounting surface for the logo with the mounting surface including an attachment device for attachment to one of the primary part or secondary part.
Light system including an adjustment assembly to aim a light
A light system of a vehicle comprising: (a) a connector housing; (b) a reflector housing connected to the connector housing and being movable relative to the connector housing; (c) one or more adjustment assemblies comprising: (i) a socket in the connector housing; and (ii) a rod in the reflector housing that extends into the socket and is rotatable relative to the socket so that the reflector housing is adjustable relative to the connector housing; and wherein the rod has a length and a width with the length being greater than the width and the rod being rotatable around an axis of the length.
AN INTEGRATED FRONT VISION PANEL
A molded panel that encompasses all forward surfaces of a vehicle. The molded panel extends from the forward edge from a driver side front wheel opening, laterally across the front of the vehicle and terminating at a forward edge of a passenger side wheel opening. The molded panel extends in the vertical direction (i.e., perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the vehicle) from a forward lower edge of a front valance up to a leading edge of one of a hood, a flunk, and a windshield of the vehicle. The molded anel further includes connection flanges formed on a back side surface for connection to a vehicle frame that does not have a front end module and front frame bulk head.
Headlight for a Motor Vehicle
This disclosure relates to a headlight for a motor vehicle comprising a carrier element, on which a plurality of LEDs are arranged, which can be individually controlled in terms of light output, in order to output light according to a predefinable light distribution by means of the headlight. The LEDs are designed as micro-LEDs and at least one sensor element is arranged in an LED-free region of the carrier element.
Vehicle exterior panel provided with sensors
Problem: To enhance the accuracy of the information collected from around a vehicle by always keeping constant the relative positions of a plurality of sensors provided at different parts of a vehicle body. Means to Solve the Problem: In a front module panel 11 provided to the front surface of a vehicle body, a panel body 12 is integrally molded by a synthetic resin material, a front grille portion 13 is provided at the center thereof, a front bumper portion 14 is formed below the grille portion, and a translucent cover portion 16 of a head lamp 15 is two-color molded by a transparent resin material at each of both right ends of the panel body 12. A camera is built in each of the head lamps 15, a millimeter wave radar 21 is mounted to an emblem 17, a LIDAR 22 is built in each fog lamp 18, and ultrasonic sensors 23 are disposed near the lower edge of the front bumper portion 14.
