ANALOG FRONT-END CIRCUIT FOR BIOELECTRIC SENSOR
Provided is an analog front-end circuit for a bioelectric sensor, which includes two feedforward amplifiers and respective feedback networks, an output common-mode voltage detector, an error amplifier, a leakage current compensator and resistance voltage dividers. Common-mode components of various types of leakage currents can be effectively suppressed.

The present invention provides a common-mode rejection ratio and gain trimming circuit of differential amplifier, comprising: a first trimming unit and a second trimming unit coupled between an in-phase input voltage and a reference voltage, wherein the first trimming unit and the second trimming unit are coupled to a positive input terminal of the differential amplifier by means of tap switches; a third trimming unit and a fourth trimming unit coupled between tan inverting input voltage and an output terminal of the differential amplifier, wherein the third trimming unit and the fourth trimming unit are coupled to a negative input terminal of the differential amplifier by means of tap switches; wherein, the first trimming unit, the second trimming unit, the third trimming unit, and the fourth trimming unit comprise: a first trimming resistor string and a second trimming resistor string coupled in series; the first trimming resistor string is coupled in parallel with a first trimming auxiliary resistor string, and the second trimming resistor string is coupled in parallel with a second trimming auxiliary resistor string; wherein, the second trimming resistor string of the first trimming unit is coupled to the second trimming resistor string of the second trimming unit, and the second trimming resistor string of the third trimming unit is coupled to the second trimming resistor string of the fourth trimming unit.
High Frequency Common Mode Rejection Technique for Large Dynamic Common Mode Signals
A system is disclosed which allows for canceling high frequency rail to rail common mode swing at pulse-width modulation (PWM) frequency for a Class-D, H and G audio amplifier or a Linear Resonance Actuator (LRA) driver. This allows wide bandwidth current sensing without the need of external components, or large on-chip resistor-capacitor (RC) networks, facilitating integration of the sense resistor. In addition, the sense amplifier DC input common mode and audio band common mode swing is reduced, allowing a sense resistor high frequency common mode swing of a least twice the MOSFET gate break down voltages.
AMPLIFIER CIRCUIT AND MULTIPATH NESTED MILLER AMPLIFIER CIRCUIT
Provided are an amplifier circuit capable of reducing DC offset voltage without an increase in chip area and degradation in frequency characteristics, and a multipath nested miller amplifier circuit. The amplifier circuit includes a chopper switching circuit, a sampling circuit configured to sample an output signal from the chopper switching circuit, and a holding circuit configured to hold a signal output from the sampling circuit.
Differential reference voltage buffer
The present disclosure provides a differential reference voltage buffer, including: a buffer stage, including at least a first transistor and a second transistor; a control circuit, connected with the buffer stage and forming a negative feedback structure for generating a differential reference voltage; a current compensation circuit for compensating a resistive load current of the control circuit; and a drive stage for generating an output differential reference voltage. The differential reference voltage is generated according to an external input reference voltage and a common mode input voltage. The common mode voltage can be set separately, so that the flexibility is high. The current generated by a resistive network in the control circuit is compensated by the current compensation circuit, so that the current of a follow device in the buffer stage is not influenced by the control circuit, thereby generating a differential reference voltage with high accuracy output.
FOUR-PHASE GENERATION CIRCUIT WITH FEEDBACK
Disclosed is a four-phase generation circuit, comprising a pair of input ports configured to receive a differential signal having a common mode voltage; a polyphase filter having a pair of polyphase filter input ports and first, second, third and fourth output ports; a first circuit configured to provide the differential signal with an adjusted common mode voltage to the pair of polyphase filter input ports; wherein the first, second third and fourth output ports are each configured to output a square-wave signal, with 90° phase separation between consecutive output signals; and a feedback circuit from the first, second, third and fourth outputs ports to the first circuit; wherein the feedback circuit is configured to provide a feedback signal to the first circuit to set the adjusted common mode voltage from the common mode voltage.

Isolation amplification circuit with improved common mode rejection
An isolation amplification circuit having an input stage circuitry and a control circuitry stage interconnected through a galvanic isolation barrier. The input stage circuitry includes a first filter network and a second filter network for supplying first and second output signals in response to the application of first and second electrical input signals. The input stage circuitry includes a first feedback path configured for applying a first feedback signal to a common node of the first filter network to close a first feedback loop around the first filter network and a second feedback path configured for applying a second feedback signal to a common node of the second filter network to close a second feedback loop around the second filter network.
Programmable gain amplifier with programmable resistance
A circuit includes an analog-to-digital converter (ADC). The circuit also includes an analog front end (AFE) having an AFE input and an AFE output. The AFE output is coupled the ADC's input. The AFE includes a programmable gain amplifier (PGA) having a first PGA input and a second PGA input. The PGA includes a first operational amplifier (OP AMP) with first and second OPAMP inputs. The AFE also including a programmable resistance circuit having a first programmable resistance circuit input and first and second programmable resistance circuit outputs. The first programmable resistance circuit input is coupled to the first and second PGA inputs. The programmable resistance circuit includes a resistor network having first and second balance resistances. The first balance resistance is coupled to the first and second OP AMP inputs, and the second balance resistance is coupled to the first and second OP AMP inputs.
DIFFERENTIAL REFERENCE VOLTAGE BUFFER
The present disclosure provides a differential reference voltage buffer, including: a buffer stage, including at least a first transistor and a second transistor; a control circuit, connected with the buffer stage and forming a negative feedback structure for generating a differential reference voltage; a current compensation circuit for compensating a resistive load current of the control circuit; and a drive stage for generating an output differential reference voltage.
