MEDICINE FEEDER
A medicine feeder includes: an outer rotary body on the outer side to be rotated about a vertical line; an inner inclined rotary body on the inner side to be rotated about an inclined line; and a sorting mechanism and a regulating mechanism operable to align solid medicine pieces carried from the top of the inner inclined rotary body onto an annular upper end surface of the outer rotary body through rotation of the inner inclined rotary body. An upper surface inclined portion of the inner inclined rotary body includes delivery portions sloping downward toward the outer side even at an elevated position and push-up portions not sloping downward toward the outer side, the delivery portions and the push-up portions being formed alternately in the circumferential direction. The push-up portions include projecting portions. The projecting portions are extended to the inner peripheral side of the delivery portions.
Article transfer apparatus
This article transfer apparatus comprises a disk member, an article supply apparatus which changes at least positions of the respective articles at a predetermined circumferential position of the rotating disk member, a rotation sensor which detects a rotational position of the disk member, a visual sensor which obtains information for identifying at least positions of the respective articles on the disk member, and a robot which picks up the articles on the disk member in a state in which the disk member is rotating, by using an article position information in which the information obtained by the visual sensor corresponds to a detected result of the rotation sensor at the time of obtaining the information, and a detected result of the rotation sensor at the time of picking up the articles.
CONVEYANCE APPARATUS FOR ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS
A conveyance apparatus for electronic components capable of suppressing the adhesion of electronic components to a storing member by static electricity. The conveyance apparatus for electronic components includes: a storing member which includes cavities for storing electronic components respectively; an electronic component supply mechanism which supplies the electronic components in a state where the electronic components are brought into contact with the storing member; and a moving unit which moves the storing member in a predetermined moving direction in a relative relationship with the electronic component, wherein a recessed portion for reducing a contact area of the storing member with the electronic components is formed in a region where the cavities are not formed on a main surface of the storing member on a side where the electronic components are supplied.
SOLID OBJECTS FEEDER AND APPARATUS FOR MANUFACTURING FOOD PRODUCT WITH SOLID OBJECTS FEEDER
A solid object feeder according to the present invention includes a rotary disk including a plurality of storing holes of storing solid objects, a supporting member disposed below the rotary disk, and a guide member disposed above a peripheral portion of the rotary disk. The supporting member includes a step region continuing from an upstream side to a downstream side with respect to the guide member, and another region located upstream of the step region. A gap between the supporting member and a lower surface of the rotary disk in the step region is defined so that the solid object can move a space below the guide member from the upstream side to the downstream side. The gap is larger than a gap between the supporting member and the lower surface of the rotary disk in the other region.
STEPPED PIN LOADING MECHANISM
An object of the present invention is to provide a stepped pin loading mechanism which can be used for loading stepped pins, comprising a vibrator bowl. A spirally rising discharge track is connected to an outer side of a hopper of the vibrator bowl, and a swivel plate is provided on the discharge track, and several receiving slots are provided on the swivel plate. The strip-shaped receiving slot consists of an inner segment and an outer segment, and the width of the outer segment is greater than that of the inner segment. A front baffle and a rear baffle, both of which are provided with a through opening, are provided on the discharge track, an arc-shaped side baffle, which is located between the front baffle and the rear baffle to form a semi-enclosed structure, is provided on an outer circumferential side of the swivel plate. One end of the side baffle deviates from the through opening of the rear baffle, and the height of an upper edge of the side baffle gradually increases from the rear baffle to the front baffle so that an upper edge at the other end of the side baffle is as high as an upper side of the through opening of the front baffle.
